Sleeps 10. Outstanding interior designed town house with high quality finish

Situated in the historic quarter of the old town of Pollensa, this beautifully reformed house is just a stone´s throw from the fabulous plaza major with its pavement cafe bars, restaurants and shops.

The house has been lovingly restored by the owners using highest quality materials and elegant designer touches throughout, and provides an excellent level of comfort whilst retaining the classic style of a traditional Mallorca townhouse.

The bedrooms all feature luxury Hypnos beds with 400 count Egyptian cotton sheets. The bathrooms are beautifully designed with Philippe Starck and Hansgrohe fittings set in local Binissalem stone, and the kitchen combines AEG functionality with classic townhouse style.

The house is comfortable for up to 10 people in both the summer and winter months. The bedrooms and living areas are all individually climate controlled with reverse cycle air conditioning. The ground floor has the added benefit of under-floor heating and a fabulous wood burning stove that is visible from both the main dining / sitting area and the second sitting room.

The fully fitted kitchen features Binissalem stone worksurfaces, a ceramic induction hob, cooker and dishwasher all by AEG, a fridge freezer and a microwave. There is seating for 10 at the unique zinc-topped dining table, and the sitting area contains two large comfortable handmade sofas and a lovely window seat to curl up in.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and main sitting areas surround a small private terrace with heated splash pool and BBQ. Here you can fold back the large doors to make the space into a lovely family / entertaining area.

The ground floor is completed by a second sitting room containing a sofa and the TV, Blu-ray / DVD and games console – a nice hideaway to read a book or a fun room for the kids. The sofa is a sofa bed that can sleep two extra guests if required.

The two upper floors contain an attractive hallway, four air-conditioned bedrooms and four bathrooms:

Bedroom One, first floor: Kingsize Hypnos zip and link bed, configurable as a double or two singles. Dedicated bathroom with large walk-in rain shower.

Bedroom Two, first floor: Superking Hypnos bed. Ensuite bathroom featuring a large double-ended bath, separate walk-in rain shower and balustraded glazed doors looking over the pool below.

Bedroom Three, second floor: Superking Hypnos zip and link bed, configurable as a double or two singles. Dedicated bathroom with large walk-in rain shower.

Bedroom Four, second floor: Superking Hypnos bed. Double doors opening onto the terrace outside. Ensuite Bathroom with bath and shower above.

There are two private terraces on the upper levels. The lower terrace features a full al fresco dining area with a stone table that seats eight – a perfect place for a quiet breakfast in the morning sun. Stairs lead up to a delightful south-facing sun terrace, laid out as a sitting area and a private area with sun beds. From here there are stunning views – from the mountains behind, across the town past Pollensa’s famous Clock Tower to the Puig de Maria, and further on to the bay of Pollensa.

The pool is approximately 2.5m x 1,5m and is 1.1m deep in the centre, with banquette seating at each end, and a heating system that heats the pool to an ambient temperature of approx 26 (°C) or 79 (°F).

The house has high speed WIFI Internet and UK free to air TV. A dedicated laundry area on the first floor contains the washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing items. Safes and hair dryers are provided in two bedrooms.
