Stunningly positioned in the front line with view of the coastal approach to Mahon harbour, few minutes walk away from Es Castell and Cales Fonts pretty harbour with all the small shops and pleasant bar/restaurants.
The airport and major shops are a 10 minute drive away and beautiful beaches between 15/30 minutes.
On the first floor the main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite shower room with a balcony overlooking the harbour. A further bedroom with two single beds and a vanity sink unit overlooking the gardens and also a family bathroom.
The second floor has a bedroom with two single beds overlooking the harbour. On the ground floor is a beautiful lounge/dining room with superb views of the harbour from both the lounge and the private patio. The lounge has LCD TV, DVD/MP3, Video, Radio/CD and wifi broadband.
There is a kitchen fully equipped including a dishwasher. The house has an automatic washing machine and a dryer. Air-conditioning and heating throughout. Outside is a private patio overlooking the harbour and gardens.

Changeover day is usual Friday, especially in the high season, there may be some flexibility out of the high season. The property should be vacated by 10am on the departure day to allow for the property to be prepared for the next guests.
Rates are subjected to change until the reservation is confirmed.
A deposit of 20% of the total cost should be paid to secure the booking, the balance to be paid 60 days before the start of the rental period.
