This beautiful, modern 2-bedroom apartment is situated overlooking one of Glasgow’s iconic sights, the River Clyde.

This Bright and Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment is located overlooking the River Clyde and just minutes from many of Glasgow’s concert venues, Hydro, SECC and Glasgow Auditorium. It is also around a 5 min walk to all of Glasgow’s famous shopping streets and minutes from the nearest underground station making it easy to get further afield.

This wonderful two-bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful waterfront area of Glasgow and features tasteful, modern, furniture and fixtures throughout. At about 850 square feet, the apartment is spacious, very sunny and airy.

The living room is large and spacious, with a comfortable sofa and chair. There is a large flat-screen television with freeview TV, which sits atop the media cabinet. Wooden flooring has been arranged throughout the apartment and floor to ceiling windows ensure a bright room and a great view of the river.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Whether cooking a feast, preparing a simple meal, or ordering in from one of the many wonderful nearby restaurants, a meal can be enjoyed on the dining table, which accommodates 4 guests.

The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed with built in wardrobes and makes for a totally peaceful night's sleep. There is also the added advantage of an en-suite to the master, which is perfect for sharers and just what is needed in a home away from home! The second bedroom, has a comfortable double bed with built in wardrobes.

We also have a baby cot that can set up for a small fee, available upon request.

As well as the en-suite bathroom there is a guest bathroom, which features a full bath and shower.

You will find this area of Glasgow to be perfectly located to many shops, boutiques, markets, restaurants, cafes, bars, beer gardens, museums, parks, and any other establishment that one needs or wants to have nearby in an urban setting. It is also perfect for those driving as there is free parking and easy access to the motorway. Many restaurants in Glasgow have been highly rated and it’s worth doing a little research to find one that suits you. We have produced a welcome booklet in the apartment, which will help you with your planning, as it includes details such as an extensive list of restaurants in the area, nearby shops / markets, and a map of the area with key points. This booklet will help to immediately get you familiar with the area.

Well located with river view in a high rise building

The apartment is modern and simple. The furniture and bedding was comfortable and it is a plus that the space is generous with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's not fancy but perfectly adequate for a city stay. Access to an indoor parking space was wonderful for us as street parking would be a chore. The apartment was actually a step or two above the building. Some renovations and repairs were ongoing in the public spaces such as paint. The hall carpets are just fair and there is no furniture in the lobby. Mike was very professional and met us at the exact time promised. I would definitely recommend the space and thought it was fairly priced.

Really great view and nice apartment

This apartment is clean with a tremendous view of the river. Mike met us on time and was good about communicating with me before our arrival in Glasgow. It's a bit of a walk to downtown but otherwise the location is fine. The only negative for me was the fan in the bathroom, it seems to run non stop, couldn't figure out how to turn it off.

Top Class Apartment

Wonderful flat. Perfectly clean, well presented and spacious with everything you need. Mike, the owner, was there to meet and greet which was a lovely touch. The location was great and could not be more convenient. Super views over the River Clyde. Indoor secure parking on ground floor was a big plus point.

Great place! Good location.

Our visit to Glasgow was more than expected. Take advantage of the two day Hop on - Hop off bus pass. Great discount over one day. Take one trip around town to decide where to visit on next loops. If age appropriate, be sure to ask for concession entrance fee. Kelvingrove Museum is stunning.

Mike was very helpful at check in and responding to questions afterwards.
