Had a great week in the villa. It is a little out of town, but has a few shops and restaurants within 5 mins walk. Good pool and outside area.
If your like me and my wife and search villa after villa, well once on here look no further. This villa is as described by Harold.
All bed rooms are spacious with 2 toilet/shower rooms to use. Open plan kitchen and living room with ample space both indoor and out for eating.
It is about a 5 minute drive to the main resort and about 30 min to Porta Del Carmen. I would highly recommend a car.
Large swimming pool with a hot tub and also shaded parts to sit and relax. 10/10 for the outdoor area.
Harold as a host is 10/10, excellent communication and always replies in a timely manner.
If we plan to visit the island again I will 100% choose this villa again.
Honestly, if you are on this site and the villa is available for your dates, do yourself a favour and book it before it goes....
This was our first visit to Playa Blanca and we will definitely be back. The villa was first class in every way! The rooms were spacious and decorated to a very high standard. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances modern. Only one small issue with the toaster, which Harold addressed within hours. Outdoor facilities were fantastic, kids loved the warm pool and toys provided. Fairy lit pergola was beautiful at night, perfect for a quiet drink once the kids were in bed. Spoiled for choice with seating areas and plenty of loungers for everyone! Outside bar a great feature as was the Hot Tub! Cannot fault this villa.
From the moment we walked in to the villa we realised how lucky we were. This was our first time to the location, which we cannot fault. The villa was 100% a home from home, it was very well catered for with everything you have at home, from English tv, towels, to decent cooking equipment. A very very clean and modern villa. Loved the rattan furniture for our evenings outside, sun loungers comfy and positioned in the daily sun perfectly. An evening treat was sitting under the lit gazebo enjoying the music with the Bluetooth speaker. What we also felt was a good point is the electric points around the outside of the villa, no having to charge phones indoors. There is ample room around the inside and outside for a large family, even though it was only my husband any myself on this occasion. Communication with the owner is exceptional and we did have an issue and the owner came to show us within less than 10 minutes, they even arranged a cab for us. The pool was cleaned within our weeks holiday. There is a shop a few minutes away, so we used that daily for breads, but if you don't want to go into the main town and don't mind paying a couple euros more the local shop can supply your full shopping. We are leaving the villa totally relaxed due to the villa facilities and looking forward to coming back in October, which we have already booked. Anyone coming to the villa will leave very happy they have picked the right place.
As a family We have been to playa blanca 3 times now in the October school break. This is definitely the best villa we have stayed in. The bedrooms are large and the furnishing are good. The large TV with UK channels was great for our young children. Also good for us when the kids where finally in bed. The pool was kept very warm by the heater and the garden area is great. Harold T was extremely helpful and easily contactable through Whatsapp. We only had 1 problem during our stay. After I texted him, he was there within 10mins and sorted it.
We enjoyed every little bit of our holiday at the villa in playa blanca. I would recommend this villa to anyone, and we will hopefully be booking again in the same villa next October (if our dates are available).
Thanks again Harold T

Lanzarote is situated just 79 miles off the coast of Africa and is The most easterly of the Canary Islands. The island is 37 miles long and 12 miles wide, making it the fourth largest island in the Canaries.
Lanzarote enjoys a mild dry climate with average daytime temperatures ranging from About 21 ° C in January to 29 ° C in August. Annual rainfall is just 140mm. This Makes Lanzarote the perfect year-round destination.
As With the other Canary Islands, Lanzarote is Volcanic in origin. Due to the recent eruptions During the 18th and 19th Centuries, many parts of Lanzarote Appear to be from another world, Often Described 'mole' or 'Martian' ace.
The dry climate the Volcanic Landscape Means That Appears much as it did just after the eruptions.
On site is a row of shops With some bars and restaurants, coffee shop / patisserie, cafe and two provision Inglés stores. There are some magnificent coastal walks for Those Who like walking and there is a sea front promenade pavement That runs along in front of the Villa into Playa Blanca.
A recent development in Playa Blanca is the Marina Rubicon. Located at the eastern end of the resort, Marina Rubicon is a sea-front development of upmarket restaurants and designer boutiques Positioned next to a beautiful Marina of luxury yachts and boats. Here at the water's edge you can sit back and sample Either the Local or international cuisine That is on offer.
The beach in the center of Playa Blanca is quite small and can Become quite crowded, however there are two well-protected beaches Within easy walking distance of the center of the resort - to the east Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo to the west. Playa Flamingo is Currently Being repaired following damage During a storm in 2005, but Playa Dorada is probably the best of These Two man-made beaches anyway. To the west of Playa Flamingo, there are a few small coves and patches of sand, but the best beaches of all lie to the east;
About 2km east of the Marina lie the Island's Most spectacular beaches - Papagayo. These beaches are accessed via dirt track and there is a small entrance fee. There are multiple beaches and coves to choose from, though it is worth Noting That esta since part of the Island is untouched, public facilities, Such as toilets and refreshments are limited. Also the beaches are reachable by water taxi from Playa Blanca harbor as well as excursions from Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero.
