The good size studio is well-decorated in neutral tones and furnished with a standard double bed, a bedside table, a double-seated sofa-bed, a dining table with chairs, a flat screen TV/DVD and a wardrobe.
The kitchen area is comprehensively equipped with all the modern appliances including a cooker and a hood extractor, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and fully prepared for home cooking and excellent dining.
There is a high standard recently fitted beautiful en-suite bathroom with a modern shower cabin and an excellent power shower, a sink , a toilet and complete with toiletries, bath sheets and towels.
The best location for the Headington hospitals, Oxford Brookes University with a frequent and fast access to Oxford city centre, Business and Science parks of Oxford and London

The apartment was clean, and everything was as described in the webpage. The neighborhood is quiet, the bus connection from there is very good (bus ride into the center of Oxford takes around 15-minutes). The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Das Apartment war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse. Es ist ruhig gelegen, hell, hat eine sehr gute Busanbindung und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Auch für längere Aufenthalte (5 Wochen) geeignet.
Wir waren nur zu zweit und somit stellte es für uns kein Problem dar, aber unserer Meinung nach kann kein Erwachsener auf dem Sofa schlafen. Für ein Kind könnte es noch passen.
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos und absolut zufriedenstellend. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

The property is fully furnished and equipped and include all charges for
utilities, council tax, internet, TV licence.

Smoking - the property is strictly non-smoking. If guests are in breach of this rule and smoke in a property, a deductions will be made from the damage deposit, plus any further costs required to remove smoke damage/odour from the apartment and its furnishings.
Pets - Pets are not permitted in the property.
Guests - Guests must provide the names of all the occupants of the apartment and copies of their identity documents. The number of guests must correlate with the number shown in the booking form disregarding of the presence any vacant room in the rental property. For any booking, the responsible guest’s age must be over 21 years.
Guests behaviour during a rental period - Guests are required to keep the property, its contents and the interior in a good and clean condition. Any breakages or damages will be charged at replacement cost and deducted from the damage deposit. An extra charge will be made for additional cleaning.
Guests agree not to use or store articles or liquids that are dangerous, noxious, inflammable, explosive or which may give a risk to health or fire risk in the property.
Guests are required to respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the other residents. Guests are required not to do anything in the property which may become a nuisance to the other residents.
Guests must return all keys. Replacement keys will be charged from the damage deposit held.
Checking in - we will arrange for guests to be met at the property for check-in.
Check in is between 1.00pm and 4.00pm (13.00-16.00) on arrival date.
Latest possible time to check-in is 9.00pm (21.00)
Check-out is by 11 am unless has been agreed otherwise
