Modern and bright one bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the detached house in a quiet residential development off London Road in Central Headington, offering our guests city living at its very best.

The good size double bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a single bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a flat screen TV/DVD . The beds are prepared with good quality mattresses, hypoallergenic microfiber duvets and pillows and completed with fine percale cotton linen. Large kitchen/dining room fully equipped with all the new modern appliances including a cooker and a hood extractor, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a comprehensive set of kitchen crockery and cutlery for home cooking and excellent dining. Cozy dining area with a round dining table and four comfortable chairs faces the beautiful garden. The bathroom has a bath with an excellent power shower, a toilet, a sink and complete with toiletries, bath sheets and towels.

The best location for the Headington hospitals, Oxford Brookes University with a frequent and fast access to Oxford city centre, Business and Science parks of Oxford and London.

Convient location.

The property was ideally located for us. Near shops, bus stops, pubs, etc. The privacy fence was a nice feature. Our son was teaching at Oxford for the term and his daughters were with him. Their apartment was just around the corner from ours. We were able to walk our granddaughters to their bus stop and to school each day and have dinner with them and our son each evening. It was a great place for us. We highly recommend it for someone visiting Oxford.

Smoking - the property is strictly non-smoking. If guests are in breach of this rule and smoke in a property, a deductions will be made from the damage deposit, plus any further costs required to remove smoke damage/odour from the apartment and its furnishings.
Pets - Pets are not permitted in the property.
Guests - Guests must provide the names of all the occupants of the apartment and copies of their identity documents. The number of guests must correlate with the number shown in the booking form disregarding of the presence any vacant room in the rental property. For any booking, the responsible guest’s age must be over 21 years.
Guests behaviour during a rental period - Guests are required to keep the property, its contents and the interior in a good and clean condition. Any breakages or damages will be charged at replacement cost and deducted from the damage deposit. An extra charge will be made for additional cleaning.
Guests agree not to use or store articles or liquids that are dangerous, noxious, inflammable, explosive or which may give a risk to health or fire risk in the property.
Guests are required to respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of the other residents. Guests are required not to do anything in the property which may become a nuisance to the other residents.
Guests must return all keys. Replacement keys will be charged from the damage deposit held.
Checking in - we will arrange for guests to be met at the property for check-in.
Check in is between 2.00pm and 6.00pm (14.00-18.00) on arrival date.
Latest possible time to check-in is 8.00pm (20.00)
Check-out is by 11 am unless has been agreed otherwise
