The modern lounge and dining room is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay including cooker, microwave, washing machine, Flat screen TV with satellite stations with selection of English Channels , DVD player and DVDs, docking station, childrens games, and air conditioning in each room .The apartment offers WiFi, beach towels , hairdryer and Complimentary Welcome Package.

We choose this property as its location offers the sun all year round. The apartment is central to all Benalmadena has to offer ,beach - 5 mins walk , Train Station - 10 mins . Plenty of Restaurants & Bars to experience . And for those who enjoy Golf ,plenty of courses near by .

What makes this apartment unique

The unique benefits of our apartment are the complex is well maintained to a high standard, it is secure with 24 hour security and gated so can only be accessed by guests with swipe key. There is a club house and an English bar on the complex offering a good selection of food and entertainment so after a 'busy' day on the beach no need to go too far !! there are 3 pools . the club house , roof top and indoor ,for the winter months.

The reception are helpful for imformation,directions etc.

Superb Holiday Apartment

Quite simply superb from moment of booking straight throught to greeting on arrival from owners this was perfect. Apartment is spotless and in an excellent location for exploring the area. View from apartment balcony is worth the weekly rental cost alone....stunning and makes those pre-dinner drinks even more enjoyable. Leaving this review with 2 days of our week long family holiday to go for the simple fact we are already talking about booking for a wee week inbthe sun next April. Thankyou Kordi and Ecky

Wonderful apartment & location.

Just returned from our second brilliant holiday at the Pueblo Evita apartments in Benalmadena.

Our first stay though in this beautifully spacious and clean apartment, which is 20 steps away from the roof top pool and bar and the most amazing mojitos......

From the moment we enquired about booking the apartment the owners got straight back to me and answered all my questions and the booking process was made very easy.

We were met on arrival by the owners friend Gilly, who talked us through everything we needed to know and handed over the keys & keycards. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment and this is the only reason I haven't given it 5 stars in my review - but we were prepared for this after our visit last year & it does get easier each time you do it!!

The double bedroom had a lovely view and the most comfortable bed, with a big double wardrobe in each bedroom & plenty of hanging space too. The twin room looked out over the large, sunny balcony. The bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle, constant hot water, good water pressure and underfloor heating which was also a nice touch. The apartment has everything you need for your holiday, including fast Wi-Fi, English tv channels & air con in every room - so a very happy family!

The complex is very nice, life guards at both the pools all day and activities should you wish to take part. The reception staff were also very helpful and would often call us taxi's to take us to the Marina, Carihuela, etc in the evenings for dinner. Its definitely worth taking the train into Malaga instead of a taxi, its fast & cheap and Malaga has some lovely authentic tapas bars - you can find the best ones on trip advisor. We haven't eaten very much in the vicinity of the apartment, preferring to eat somewhere with a view, but we did try a curry, which we swore we would never do again after a bad experience in France!!!! After looking on trip advisor again we ordered a take away from Harry's Indian restaurant just along the road ( NOT Harrys Indo by the taxi stand) they delivered it within 25 minutes directly to our block gate, and it was the best curry we have had in Europe!!

Well, we do hope to book this apartment again next year, even if we can't make it for 10 days, its so easy to get to I would also consider a long weekend too, maybe out of season & I have already recommended it to family and friends.... Whatever we decide, I can't wait to go back. Thank you again to Cordy and Ecky.

very nice apartment ,all the family had a great time, the weather was lovely, the indoor pool was located close by which was ideal at that time of year. Very clean and modern apartment .We were greeted by friends of the owners (Gillian and partner)and were well looked after and would consider going again. many thanks.

Excellent, clean very well equipped and nicely located

The apartment is lovely and has fantastic views from the bedroom and the balcony. I suppose if there is a slight downside you need to go up a few flights of stairs to get to it although it's well worth it. It is furnished nicely and stylishly and a lot of attention to detail has been included.

Pueblo Evita is a big complex of apartments with 3 pools (1 heated and very near this apartment) and a bar. A great supermarket is close by and very reasonably priced too!

In terms of location it's brilliant as the main marina is about a mile away and a lovely walk along the promenade or Fuengirola (and Torremolinos) are short bus rides away. Public transport is not like UK public transport by the way. It's on time and very cheap.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and made all the better by the help provided by the owners Kordi and Ecky. They are very keen to ensure that you enjoy your stay and will help you before and during your stay.

They've recently had fibre WiFi installed which is brilliant too.

Overall - a great place to go.

A great place to stay and relax or travel around

This is a stylish apartment furnished with taste and unlike a lot of rental apartments this has a genuine homely feel about it. The views are stunning from the balcony and from the main bedroom. The location is fantastic being on the western side of Benalmadena and within a complex of apartments having 3 pools (1 heated) a bar and a get supermarket situated very close by.

The only slight downside is that to enjoy the great views you have to go up a few flights of steps - but it's worth it!

The owners too are lovely people who will help you whenever they can to enjoy your holiday.

They've recently installed fibre WiFi which is brilliant too.

If you want a really lovely apartment in a hand location - this is it!
