3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, enclosed private gardens, mountain views. Free wi-fi

Less than a 5 minute walk to the famous Pine Walk, sandy beach, restaurants and shops.

Private enclosed front garden and patio area at the rear. Use of a pool; located just outside the back gate in an enclosed sunny patio area. Sunbeds provided.

Outdoor storage area containing washing machine and space for bikes etc…

Accommodation comprises of spacious living / dining area, with TV & DVD, large kitchen and separate cloak room on ground floor, 1 double en suite, 1 twin room and 1 single room with bunk beds and family bathroom on upper floor. All bedrooms have wardrobes and chests of drawers. Hairdryer stored in en suite bedroom. Double and single rooms have balconies with beautiful views of the mountains.

Kitchen has fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron & ironing board, oven and hob.

Air conditioned / heated – remote controlled units in lounge, en suite and twin rooms.

Travel cot & high chair available.

Free Wi-fi

Access – there is 1 small step into the complex from the pavement, 3 small steps down to the pool area and 3 small steps into the apartment patio.

Car parking is available on the road outside the apartment complex.

The apartment is in a peaceful area within close proximity to amenities. Nearest supermarket is a 5 minute walk.

An ideal base for families, cyclists and walkers.

I have spent holidays in Puerto Pollensa over the past 5 years and have been captivated by the area and its beauty. It is a beautiful part of the Island and has led us to buy a property for our holidays.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is in a quiet location, but just a short stroll from the beach, restaurants and shops making it an ideal location. The enclosed private garden is lovely to sit out in of an evening, watching the sun go down over the mountain whilst enjoying glass of wine and eating al fresco.

Very comfortable, good location

My husband and I had a lovely holiday here. The house was spotless and very comfortable, lovely beds and couches. Close to the pine walk and bars and restaurants. With two terraces (gardens) you can have sun or shade all day. Excellent Wi Fi, great for staying in touch with home. There is a modern TV system but we never used it. We never used the pool as the beautiful sea was so close, but the pool area was also spotless and very well maintained. Only one tiny gripe - no dishwasher.

Fingers crossed we will rent this home from home again

Great location!

I had a very nice experience renting this condo. The owner was very nice to work with and everything went smoothly. The view off of the upper floor balcony was lovely. The place was never busy--in October--and we had the pool to ourselves. There are plenty of outdoor seating options that the owner has provided...including pool lounge chairs. There were nice little touches like cozy blankets laying around. My only complaint was that only toilet paper and garbage bags were provided. There were no spices and no "left over" condiments of any kind. Apparently that is common in Europe? They did have a packnplay and a child highchair. The furniture was very comfortable and the garden very nice, with tables on both sides of the condo for eating outside. It is a two minute walk to many restaurants and bars. Recycling and garbage bins are very close. One bedroom is quite small with bunkbeds. The master suite is large enough with a good bathroom. The third bedroom has two beds and a bathroom right next to it. There is a storage closet outside with washing machine and several pool toys. Good place!

very nice property in good location

its just as it is in the description.dosen't look much from the outside but inside its modern and spacious with very good A/C.A short walk to the pine walk beach and resturants.The swimming pool isnt massive but we had it to ourselves most of the time.
