About the property

Warre Cottage - a holiday home that sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms

A beautiful, rural country retreat, only two miles from historic Arundel, in a quiet village location.

Finished to a very high standard, Warre Cottage offers plenty of space for six guests, with a comfortable living room, complete with open fire, fabulous country kitchen and separate dining room. Upstairs are three bedrooms - the main has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The second has twin beds and the third a double. The bathroom has a bath and shower attachment.

The large gardens wrap around the cottage and are a haven for relaxation and exploration. With views towards the South Downs, you are sure to enjoy and appreciate the outdoor space here - great for a family holiday, or a relaxing stay for couples or groups of friends.

Around Burpham

Paired with the neighbouring village of Wepham, Burpham lies at the foot of the South Downs and is popular with walkers - many choosing to stop at the local pub, the George Inn, for a much needed refreshment break. The pub is just 100 metres from the cottage, so somewhere you are likely to visit during your stay.

Historic Arundel is just two miles away and this town is well worth a visit. The castle is a day trip in itself, and the rest of the town is also great to explore. A variety of independent shops and tea rooms, and the impressive cathedral at the top of the town, Arundel is a real place of interest.

A little further, if you wish to explore the Sussex coast, are the beaches of Climping and Littlehampton, where the West Beach Café comes highly recommended!

Goodwood and Fontwell racecourses are also within easy access if you are planning on attending any of the events there - please book well in advance for either Goodwood Revival or Festival of Speed as these dates are in high demand.
