This really unique Two Bedroom Apartment in Belgravia is a stunning luxury apartment in easy walking distance of Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Jumeirah Carlton Towers Hotel in Cadogan Place Gardens. Belgravia is one of central London's most expensive areas.

Truly stunning and unique, your Two Bedroom Duplex on the Ground Floor of this elegant Georgian house features a strikingly large Lounge and Dining Area on the Ground Floor with ample sofas and chairs and a dining table and chairs for 6. The large flat screen TV is recessed into the lounge wall and features Freeview channels. A feature is the red chandelier from one of the top designers. Despite being on the Ground Floor you will not be bothered by street noise - the apartment has extra thick Double Glazing throughout.

Your apartment features WiFi throughout the apartment, which is provided free of charge.

Your apartment features dark, solid wood panelling and floors, giving an instant appreciation of the luxury standards in this exclusive area of central London as you open the front door. The Ground Floor has central heating radiators whilst the Lower Ground Floor has more than adequate under-floor heating.

Your apartment is located just 8 minutes walk from Sloane Square, Chelsea and 10 minutes walk from Knightsbridge, putting some of London's most exclusive shopping with very easy reach. The well known Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel is just around the corner facing Cadogan Place Gardens and Belgravia is an area for several other top central London hotels.

Sloane Square tube station is 8 minutes' walk away with the Circle and District Lines towards Westminster, Embankment and beyond to Tower Hill. Knightsbridge Station is 10 minutes' walk with the Piccadilly Line giving a direct route from London Heathrow and direct, also, to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Covent Garden as well as to King's Cross/St. Pancras for St. Pancras International.

The Master Bedroom on the Lower Ground floor has doors out onto a lovely private patio, removing the feel of being below ground and keeping the room bright and airy. The Master Bedroom has a Queen size Double Bed and good size Wardrobes. The most striking feature of the Master Bedroom is the long passage to the en suite bathroom, which has 2 wash hand basins, WC and Bidet and a wonderful and really unique sunken bath tub or shower room - it can be used either way.

The second bedroom also has French windows opening out onto the private patio and has a Queen Size Double Bed and good size wardrobes. The en suite bathroom has rain shower and hand held shower in a smoked glass shower cubicle. Both bedrooms have thick double glazing, so that there is no concern over road noise in what is, in any case, a quiet street.

A flat sofa in the Lounge can also be made into a very comfortable bed for a child or we can provide a high quality airbed (with linen, of course) at no extra charge to place in the Lounge for a 5th guest.

The kitchen is placed under the stairs, which have been made a feature in the galley kitchen which includes a hob with a mix of gas and electric rings, conventional oven, grill oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Naturally, the kitchen also has a good provision of pots and pans, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glass - everything you need for your stay. There is also a washing machine with separate dryer and iron and ironing board.

In elegant Belgravia, suitably elegant coffee shops, bars and restaurants await you with a much wider range easily found in Chelsea and in Knightsbridge. Enjoy your surroundings to the full and enjoy a cup of coffee, or something stronger, in the Lobbies and bars of some of London's top hotels, whilst you are here.

Do make sure to slip down the side streets around your apartment where you will find the elegant small town atmosphere of Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Chelsea still alive and well.
