This three-bedroom apartment is found in the very centre of Málaga, next to Marqués de Larios, one of the most iconic streets in the city.

With 140 m2 of floorspace and located on the third floor of the building, the apartment features an open space that includes the living and dining rooms. The kitchen is independent and is fully-equipped with all the main appliances. The master bedroom features a double bed (1.50 x 2m) and an en suite bathroom with a double sink and shower enclosure. The second and third bedroom have two single beds (9.90 x 2m) and share a second bathroom, equipped with a bathtub.

With a modern style, its decoration is based on neutral tones with touches of colour and high-quality finishes defining an elegant and comfortable space.

Comfortably accommodating up to six people, it’s the ideal option for a family or a group of friends looking to stay in the historic centre of Málaga, a short walk from the Cathedral.

Surface area: 140m2. Third floor: Entrance leads into the corridor and then into the living / dining room with 2 French doors windows. It is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, wooden coffee table, side table with lamp, chaise lounge, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. The kitchen, to the right of the entrance, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 3 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 wash basins; and 2 twins bedrooms (2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second marble bathroom with bath. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.

A nice clean and comfortable apartment but don't use the Concierge service!

Flat 3A on the 3rd floor of Calle Nueva 3 was clean , comfortable and convenient, but slightly dated - in a year 2000 time- warp! It is in the centre of Malaga but there was no noise from the street in the bedrooms and no noise from other flats.

We had arranged with the Concierge service for a taxi to meet us at the airport but no one turned up and there was no answer from the phone numbers for the Concierge service, which turned out to be based in Madrid. I emailed to complain but have had no reply.This was a bad start to the holiday as we had arrived at the airport on a very hot day and with 2 tired small children and needed a taxi with child seats. In the event we took the train and it all worked out OK.

We had also been told that we could leave our luggage at the apartment at one o'clock, although check-in is at 4. But when we rang the Malaga number of Spain Select and spoke to Miguel he knew nothing about this plan- or the booked taxi- and said he could meet us at 3.30 in Plaza de la Constitucion and suggested we go and have lunch meanwhile! When we finally met him however he was very helpful, showed us how to work everything in the apartment and left us with a lot of helpful info on local bars, restaurants and things to do.

Great location

The property, as with all Spain Select properties was very stylish. A very quite location with views over the rooftops to the church. The kitchen is oddly laid out but we only used it for breakfast so for us was not an issue. The property was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The apartment is within walking distance to most of the attractions with the train station a short taxi ride away. From the train station you can venture further along the coast, should you so wish. We visited both castles and some of the museums, of which there are many. Would always recommend Spain Select as a company as we find their service excellent.

Fabulous Apartment

We spent 5 blissful days in Malaga at this spectacular apartment. Beautiful, clean, spacious and perfectly situated in the middle of a gorgeous part of the city. We only wish we had been able to stay longer! Many thanks to Spain-Select for making our visit incredible.
