A newly refurbished one bedroom apartment with a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen. In a quiet residential street, literally one minutes walk from the beach. The flat has it's own parking space. A washing machine, television and free WiFiare provided. There is also use of the communal gardens.
West Worthing station is only 15 minutes walk away. The town centre is a pleasant walk along the seafront where you'll find major shops (M&S, TKMaxx, Boots etc) along with bars, cafes, restaurants, clubs. Closer by there are local shops (Tesco, Boots, Co-Op) on Goring Road, only 5 minutes away on foot. There are pubs, cafes and. A 15 minute walk west on the seafront will bring you to Goring Gap for picnics and barbecues and The Sea Lane cafe, very popular with kite surfers and kite surfer spectators as the cafe has panoramic views of the sea and sits on the beach. Hello, I'm Sally. I have lived in Worthing for about 6 years now and we love it. I also live very near to the beach and enjoy walking and running along the sea front. I have two boys who need regular exercise so we're often spotted down there near the Pirate Playground which is a fairly newly built sandy playground very near the flat. Along the coast towards Goring we often go and watch the kite surfers from Sea Lane Cafe.

The flat is newly renovated by my husband. It is in a lovely quiet road but close enough to local amenities and attractions. It is a warm and cosy flat with a modern kitchen and bathroom - both new. It is 1 minute from the beach.
Great little apartment that is well equipped. Close to the beach and a gentle 20 minute stroll into Worthing. Also a good selection of shops 5 minute walk away including a very nice Thai restaurant. The only thing that was missing was a corkscrew!
We were here for a short stay over Christmas making it possible to visit grandchildren & in laws. The flat fitted our needs perfectly & would stay again, perhaps for longer to take advantage of the facilities and position & would also be great for a small family as is truthfully a few minutes from the beach.
It’s within a small two storey block with small shared grassed area to the rear plus off street parking. An outer door leads up one flight via an enclosed, narrow and quite steep stairwell but after unlocking the front door I was surprised by the hallway giving one breathing space when entering this pleasant, bright little flat. After seeing the photos I was surprised to also see a fully equipped kitchen & large enough for a table & chairs. I’m quite fussy when staying away, often bringing my own mug etc., so was relieved to see that the china & cutlery was in complete sets plus plenty of useable kitchenware also in good condition. So no chipped mugs, second hand pots & pans or blunt knives seen plus thoughtful touches such as cafettieres & coffee that fit in with the modern feel. The bathroom is very narrow but is clean, modern & well fitted & was only missing some hand soap. The bedroom and lounge were again more spacious than expected and all the furniture, fixtures and fittings appeared up to date and cleaned to a high standard. Being on the first floor, the lounge window looks out over the quiet residential cul de sac and offers an 'angled' view of the sea!
The owner couldn’t have been more amenable, breaking into her own Christmas festivities to meet us personally to deliver the keys and for making the whole trip possible (and some very happy grandchildren) by allowing our clean, well behaved dog to come along too.
We enjoyed a wonderful, blowy Boxing Day walk deciding to leave the shops and pier for another time, and choosing to stroll along the costal path instead to watch the courageous kite surfers out and about and finishing off with a welcome hot drink at the famous Sea Lane Cafe.
We would love to stay here again.
