Ubicado en el centro de La Bañeza en calle peatonal muy tranquila. Se puede caminar a todos lados. Es un piso viejo renovado hace diez años, tiene tres habitaciones y es todo exterior, muy espacioso y luminoso. Tiene un baño, cocina equipada, comedor y salita de estar. La Bañeza es un centro comarcal para la zona y se encuentra en la Vía de la Plata, con rutas de montaña y gran mercado los sábados.
La casa está en una calle peatonal con un restaurante-taberna, donde puedes disfrutar de los grandes tapas que se dan gratis con la bebida en esta provincia. La Bañeza es una ciudad pequeña pero muy bien comunicada por carretera. Está en el km 303 de la carretera A-6 (punto medio entre Madrid y La Coruña), y está a 48 km de León y 150 kilómetros de Valladolid. Se llega fácilmente a todas estas ciudades y otras por autobús en las muchas rutas de ALSA, que tiene una de sus estaciones más importantes en La Bañeza. La Bañeza cuenta con todos los servicios de una ciudad pequeña, muchos restaurantes donde elegir, bares de tapas, museos (museo de alajas, museo imaginero y centro de interpretación de las Tierras Bañezanas), Iglesia de San Salvador del s.XI, Iglesia de Santa Maria del s. XVI. El rehabilitado Teatro Pérez Alonso. El carnaval bañezano es una de las festividades que más arraigo tienen por parte de todos los habitantes de la ciudad y comarca. Y como evento deportivo destacable esta el gran premio de velocidad ¨Ciudad de la Bañeza¨, uno de los pocos circuitos urbanos de motociclismo. En resumen un lugar bien interesante para explorar la comarca.

On Saturday there is a municipal market. In the street where the apartment is, you have to pay to park. But you can park for free in Tejedores Street and Mercado Street, just 150 meters away. These are the details of when you have to pay:

 1.- From Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 2 pm and 4 pm and 8 pm.

2.- Saturdays: from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. National, regional and local holidays applicable to the municipality of La Bañeza are excluded.

The town of Astorga is 22 km, León (45 km), Ponferrada (94 km) and nearby natural environments of the marrow, Ancares and valleys as Omañas. Nearby there are places for recreation such as Villameca dam, the banks of the swamp is a beautiful beach where they go for the summer people from nearby regions. Along the river they are installed well conditioned campsites. Less than two hours from the Asturian coast.
