Amazing holiday home

  • 5 of 5

The property was in great condition; exactly as advertised and very clean, it had everything you needed and more!

Lots of information given in the welcome pack and a hamper awaiting on our arrival.

The garden was huge and the children enjoyed exploring. Off road parking very handy.

The location is fantastic, plenty of places to eat within walking distance and a short car drive away.

Lovely beaches just up the road and plenty of places to visit with children nearby.

Would highly recommend staying here and looking to come back next year.

Cosy Kittiwake

  • 5 of 5

Kittiwake Cottage was perfect for our week in Braunton. Contemporary and clean with wonderful shower rooms, we had everything we needed. Lovely welcome pack including wine and chocolate as well as bread, milk and cake, which meant we didn't need to pop to the shops as soon as we arrived. The cottage is tucked up a quiet side Road but only minutes from the centre of Braunton, which has some excellent restaurants. We will be back soon!

Beautiful cottage in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We had a lovely week in this beautiful cottage which is first class. The ensuite shower rooms are fantastic.

The only things lacking were perhaps a microwave (for our porridge in the morning) and a vacuum cleaner, as we always like to ensure the accommodation is clean and tidy when we leave, especially with a dog.

Thank you for the very generous welcome pack, it was greatly appreciated.

The location is excellent, within a very short walking distance of the village shops and takeaways.

Would highly recommend.
