Lavinia 2C has four spacious double bedrooms (two bedrooms have super king beds, one has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has twin beds.) The master bedroom and bedroom 3 have. direct access to the balcony..an ideal spot for morning coffee!
There are three contemporary bathrooms, two en-suite, all finished and equipped to a high standard, with fully glazed shower enclosures. The master bathroom also has a bathtub.
As you would expect, the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped, with two built in ovens, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a spacious laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and drying area.
A water softener is also installed.
The air conditioned living / dining room is furnished with stylish Italian furniture, including soft leather seating. Leading off the living room is a fantastic 9 metre long private balcony! Overlooking the swimming pool and gardens below, the balcony offers a comfortable al- fresco dining area, with table and chairs to seat 10-12 persons.
This penthouse apartment has one of the largest private roof terraces in Bellresguard. This is furnished with a large L-shaped seating arrangement, there is a BBQ, and a dining area to seat twelve persons. For the sun worshippers, there are also several sun loungers!

This penthouse apartment is unique in many ways and is ideally suited to discerning clients for whom location, style, and comfort matter.
This is a very smart, well equipped and beautifully furnished apartment with a fabulous roof terrace. The location is excellent being so near to the Pinewalk, the beach, bars and restaurants. The owner and property manager are very helpful and, all in all, this is a property well worth staying at. We will be returning!
A lovely four bedroomed apartment with very spacious living and dining areas both in and outside. The two main bedrooms are lovely and spacious the other two are a bit smaller. The twin room has an ensuite bathroom although the shower is a bit on the small side. The Kitchen was a great size with all amenities. Off the kitchen was a laundry room that occupied the washing machine, dryer and an extra fridge (very useful) you could also hang washing. The open plan dining/seating area was lovely and led out onto a nice sized terrace that overlooked the pool and gardens. The roof terrace was also very spacious with a large size BBQ. There is a great store and bar next to the complex where you can get almost everything including freshly baked bread.
I liked the fact you could walk to all the main areas of the port to get to restaurants, Pine Walk and promenade.
I would recommend eating out at Cappuccino on Pine walk and Ca'n Panxo in the town.
We had a car for our stay and found it very useful but not necessary if you want to stay local.
The apartment was very clean and the on site manager Francisco Ayerra (Fran) is extremely helpful as is the owner Chris.
Would I go back again? YES and I definitely recommend this apartment.
The four bedroomed apartment was very spacious and had an ensuite for both the master bedroom and the twin with a shower room shared between the other 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms a lovely size. Kitchen was a great size with all amenities, a small outside but covered area which housed the washing machine and dryer and where you could hang washing out of the way. The open plan dining/seating area was lovely and led out onto a nice sized terrace where we actually ate all our meals, it overlooked the pool and gardens. I liked the fact you could walk to all the main areas, but it was set back so very quiet. There is a great store next to the complex where you can get almost everything and they do a nice cup of coffee, but be there early if you want their fresh baked bread - it doesnt last long on the shelves!! I would definitely recommend this apartment - a lovely stay near Port de Pollenca and easy to reach many other areas by car for the day.
We booked the apartment for a family vacation, 6 adults and 2 children for 8 nights. The apartment is beautiful, it is just as the pictures. There was plenty of space for all of us to do our own thing without getting on top of each other.
The management company who look after the property in majorca are amazing and helped us immediately with a few queries we had when we arrived.
We are definitely going to book here again on our next trip.
Bellresguard is the much sought after gated development of houses and apartments set in private landscaped grounds with lily ponds and private pools. It is located literally just a three minutes stroll to the Bay of Pollensa, with its beaches and the famous Pine Walk which is a pedestrianised path running alongside the waterfront of the bay of Pollensa. By way of the pine walk, you can take a relaxed stroll along the waterfront towards the Marina and centre ( approx ten minutes) and encounter seafront restaurants and bars along the way. Forming a stunning backdrop to Bellresguard are the Tramuntana Mountains a haven for walkers and bird watchers. Cycling is a major activity on the island and there are now several specialist hire shops offering bikes from the casual, to the more serious carbon road bikes Sailing in the bay is safe and various dingies can be rented at 'Surf and Sail' on the far beach, just beyond the marina

Provisional booking requests are held for up to a maximum of 7 days pending receipt of a completed booking contract, plus a payment equal to 25% of the total rent due as deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance of the total rental will be due for payment 6 weeks prior to departure. If full payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, cancellation will be assumed, and there will be no access to the apartment. Cancellation – The following charges will apply in the event of a booking cancellation:
Within 8 weeks – 25% of the total rental. Within 4 weeks – 50% of the total rental
Within 2 weeks –100% of the total rental (nil refund)
