VILLA DESCRIPTION:

This 280 sqm villa is an example of the island’s understated luxury. It is located in Magganies area, in the east central part of Antiparos, at a distance of circa 7 km from the island’s center (Chora) and at one of the island’s best spots, with uninterrupted views of the Aegean Blue and the Islands of Paros, Naxos and Sikinos and with very close proximity (100 m.) from a small and secluded beach. With a surrounding area of approximately 5.000 sqm of land, the residence provides ample open and pergola shaded outdoor areas, a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants and trees, a large BBQ area and a 40 sqm private pool, all ingredients of the ideal recipe for fine living.

The interior of the villa has been classically and simply decorated, with white elements and wood playing a dominant role in the overall aesthetics. From the sitting room you step out onto the covered terrace with cushioned loungers ideal for relaxation, a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The residence features 3 building volumes, a main unit, a detached guesthouse and a staff house, and accommodates a total of 14 guests (exclusive of living in staff).

Main Unit: Unfolds in basement, ground floor and an upper floor and accommodates a total of 10 guests.

The ground floor includes a comfortable living room (TV, DVD, ceiling fan) and dining area with fireplace and ample natural light, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a guest WC, plus a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and sea view (shower, A/C, ceiling fan,TV).

The upper floor consists of a bedroom with en suite bathroom with 2 built-in single beds and a private balcony with all round sea views (shower, A/C). The lower ground floor includes a double room with en suite bathroom (2 single beds, shower, A/C, ceiling fan) and a separate bedroom with private entrance, en suite bathroom, a double bed and 2 built-in single beds (shower, A/C, ceiling fan).

Guest House: Features a private entrance, accommodates a total of 4 guests and is consisted of an open plan kitchenette, a bathroom, twin beds connected and 2 sofa beds that can easily accommodate children (shower, A/C, TV, ceiling fan,mini fridge).

Staff house: Detached room with en suite bathroom, accommodating the living-in staff
