Interaction with Guests
We will welcome you to the apartment, give you essential toiletry items as well as clean towels. Then we leave you to enjoy the place!
The flat is in a very safe area: Hampstead Village regarded as one of the best areas in London. The flat is surrounded by a huge array of coffee shops, gastro bars, traditional pubs, restaurants and shops. We recommend The Wells, The Flask, Burgh House and Hampstead Museum & Gails Coffee Shop for delicious pastries.
Hampstead Heath is less than 5 minutes walk from the flat. The Heath encompasses about 700 acres of open space embracing ponds, woodlands, a large outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds, and a training track.
Getting around is very easy from the apartment. A couple of minutes walk to Hampstead Underground station conveniently located on the Northern line - 20 minutes to Bank and 14 minutes to Leicester Square.

Lisa is an artist, and is married with children. She lives close to Hampstead Village and have had a great time renovating my flat in Hampstead. I strive to make sure that our guests are always comfortable and that they have a truly wonderful travel experience in this beautiful part of London.
Lisa purchased this apartment in 2015
The flat is situated on the first floor of a small block of only 6 flats, with easy access to everything Hampstead has to offer.
Recently refurbished to a very high standard throughout.
Perfect one bedroom flat on a quiet Hampstead street. The location couldn’t be better with the flat close to the High Street, bus stops, and the Hampstead Underground station. The neighborhood was perfect for early morning and evening walks, with beautiful homes and close proximity to Hampstead Heath.
The flat is clean and comfortable with everything you might need. And fresh flowers and a fridge stocked with milk and a pitcher of cold water were welcoming touches.
Also appreciated the excellent advance communication with Lisa and David, and Daniel and Eti. Daniel was so kind and welcoming and even arranged for a cab for an early morning departure.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in North London!
We had a great stay. Eti met us and showed us the place. She was very helpful and kind. The flat is close to all the shops, restaurants and the tube. It was nice to come to the flat and relax after a busy day in London. Quite and relaxing with a feel of home. We would stay there again and really recommend this flat.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in David and Lisa's home. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (we even cooked a meal one evening). Hampstead is a charming town and the flat is located on a quiet street, but still close to the tube, shopping, pubs/restaurants). We have already recommended their place to friends and would love to stay there again some day.
This apartment is managed very well. It is very pretty and quiet an sin a neighborhood with wonderful restaurants and Hampstead Heath, where you can take long, lovely walks. We recommend is most highly.
Let's just start by saying that our stay in David and Lisa's cozy home was so great, we paused at every real estate window to see if we could somehow move to this perfect village. (Probably not, but a girl can dream!) The flat was charming. Large bedroom, modern bathroom, and a perfect little balcony overlooking a garden. The living area and kitchen are small, but we had no need to cook! It is close to everything in Hampstead, and we quickly found a favorite pub and favorite breakfast cafe. The tube is a few minute walk, on the Northern line, which got us to everything in central London within about 20 minutes. We found, though, that we wanted to return to Hampstead every evening instead of doing the town! The owners were terrific to deal with, had lots of suggestions, and as they were out of town, their lovely friend met us at the flat and was truly helpful. We are recommending the flat to friends who are heading to the UK this fall, and look forward to a return visit.
I spent a very pleasant two weeks in this Hampstead flat, which is very well located on a quiet lane just a few minutes walk to the high street, with tube station, many good cafes (Le Pain Quotidien my favorite), shops, Waterston's books, Everyman cinema, and Hampstead Heath, where I love to walk, is also close. The flat was immaculate and well maintained, with a comfortable bedroom and small lounge; decor unfortunately not exactly as pictured. David and Lisa were kind enough to add a reading lamp for me, which also made the lounge cosier. Overall, the flat has a homey feeling and was a perfect place for my stay. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys the Hampstead area, with easy access to central London.
The property is located at the heart of historic Hampstead Village, a quaint area of London full of cafes, shops, artisan shops, and with an old Georgian feel.
