Fabulous apartment

This is a fabulous, spacious apartment and was ideal for our 4 generation family trip. Great location in the centre of San Juan close to all amenities. Spacious and clean with everything we needed.

Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Spacious and Central

The apartment is located centrally just three minutes walk from the beach. It is spacious and clean and the neighbours friendly. We really enjoyed eating out at the restaurants and bars, Great experience. The owner is an excellent host. Very quick to respond to any enquiries and even made sure there was someone to meet us for our arrival. Wonderful. The internet in the apartment is also reliable and fast.

We will be back next year !!!!

Lovely holiday in a well appointed apartment

We were 6 adults and the apartment was plenty big enough for us all. It was well looked after and clean, in a quiet area but close to all amenties with shops, bars and excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. San Juan is a quiet resort with plenty to offer located within easy reach of the airport and other resorts. The car being arranged for us and being met at the airport by Lairritz was an added bonus, which made the transfer easier. I only wish we'd asked for a welcome pack, as we arrived quite late and after the shops had shut. It isn't mentioned in your advert but I assume, it would have been possible had I asked. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Lovely property in a delightful town

The property is a very spacious, clean, light and well appointed apartment tucked away in the delightful town of San Juan. The car hire could not have been simpler with Larraitz, who works for the owner, waiting at the airport. We then followed her to the apartment. Parking in one of the side streets was easy and free. The sea front is a few minutes walk away - there is a promenade along the front and we actually did walk all the way to Los Gigantes and then caught a bus back. San Juan has, as yet, been spared the excesses of tourism which alas has blighted some other resorts on this coast. It is a lovely, proper town but with plenty of good restaurants and bars. We are keen walkers and there were loads of great walks back from the coast up the mountain - most of which were not far by car. The buses are very frequent and cheap but the car is particulalry handy if you want to walk in more isolated places. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again and really wished that we had booked it for longer !

Roomy and clean

The flat was very clean and roomy and in a convenient position.

More information could have been given ( perhaps a folder) to explain the workings of various things. We were there a month and enjoyed it but not having an English TV channel, apart from BBC World News was disappointing. On arrival we complained about the lack of any type of bowl in the flat (ie mixing, salad or anything) but this was soon fixed.

Best holidays in family!!!

What I really would like to say is that we had the best time staying at this house and can't wait to come again next year!!

The house was beautiful, super clean and recently remodeled.

The kitchen was great and had everything we needed and more to cook. The other nice feature was having a washer to use, to keep up with daily laundry.

The beach is very close to the house,and we did some excursions too.

These holidays made it a fun & new experience for the whole family. This is a place we can definitely see our family coming back to every year and making more memories!!
