The attractive accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom separate shower and WC. On the ground floor 1 king-size and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC on the ground floor. Lounge: on the first-floor with large vaulted ceiling wood burner effect gas fire and TV/DVD. There are fabulous views from the lounge overlooking the grounds from the pull and slide doors with safety guard this room also has plenty of comfortable seating in front of the TV or in the quiet area overlooking the courtyard. Kitchen/diner: on the ground-floor with electric double oven and induction hob fridge/freezer microwave and washer/dryer. Dining table to comfortably seat 8. There is a small sofa in the alcove to sit and enjoy what s going on around you. Outside: shared garden directly outside the front of the property with courtyard where morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small table and chairs. BBQ to the rear of the property which overlooks the orchard and a large grassed area where children can play. There are lots of opportunities for exploring in the grounds wooded areas to build dens a mini football pitch with goal posts and lovely walks through the bluebell woods. Amenities: private and guest parking area for boat/kayak storage which is large enough to accommodate a small trailer hose to wash wetsuits and boards hanging space on the bin store fence.
