This light and bright flat is situated on the first floor of this converted period house in a quiet residential location. On entering the flat there is a small hall which leads into the sitting room which has 2 large french windows giving onto a decorative balcony. The room has high ceilings, decorative fireplace, 2 sofas, armchair, flatscreen TV and dining table seating 4.

The kitchen is open with the sitting room and has oven, hob (stove top), microwave, fridge, dishwasher and storage. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom has bath with shower over tub with glass screen, wash hand basin and loo. The main bedroom is small and has a standard double bed which is in a corner, a wall mounted flat screen TV, some storage and a flight of open stairs that lead down to the second bedroom.

The second bedroom, also a bright room and has a single bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and closet space. Altogether a very pleasant flat offering comfortable accommodation within minutes of the many shops, restaurants and amenities of both Pimlico and Victoria.

Great, quiet base for small family

We stayed in this flat in November 2017. We were a little thrown by how much smaller the sitting room was vs. photos (we have stayed in a lot of flat rentals, so this wasn't a function of naivete). But the flat itself fits 3 people nicely, the bathroom is nice with a lot of room to put travel things, and the kitchen was great for breakfasts. The neighborhood is really cute - only 3 blocks from Pimlico stop and a really nice eat in/take out option for both Indian and pizza/italian at the corner and down the block. We also enjoyed the Marquis of Manchester for a great pub experience. Pimlico usually means needing to change trains on the tube - but the trade off was complete peace and quiet as we adjusted to jetlag. Would stay here again.

Great location but......

Though the local cation could not be beaten- the flat is in need of attention. We arrived at night and the taxi driver let us in, however no representative from the property management company contacted us until the end of our 8 day stay to check on the return of the keys. The flat did not appear to have been cleaned on our arrival- carpets and toilet dirty. The closets door knobs were not screwed in on trying to open knobs fell out along with a lot of stuff -vacuums, broom, big wooden board, paint, etc. Made it difficult to hang your clothes! A little time, energy, money could easily rectify these items and would be reflected in client satisfaction. A shame as the flat location was amazing!

Wonderful Stay in London

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely, centrally located neighborhood. The apartment is quite charming and the beds are comfortable. The location is fantastic and easily walkable to many areas including Westminster, Buckingham Palace, and Victoria Station.

A Wonderful Home Away in London

We had a lovely stay at Moreton Place for our 2017 Fall Break. The flat had everything we needed, including a great kitchen, modern bathroom, and very comfortable beds. The apartment has 2 bedrooms that, while small, worked well for me, my husband and teenage son. You do have to go through one bedroom to get to the smaller one, but again it wasn't a problem for us.

We could not have picked a better location! The neighborhood is fabulous! There are local coffee shops, restaurants, and a grocery store - all just around the corner. It was lively, but not busy. It felt very safe and you almost felt like a local after a few days. We were a short walk to Pimlico Station and Victoria Station. The Thames River was less than a 10-minute walk from the front door. We were able to catch the bus to Westminster and a Black cab (only because it was 4:30 am ) to the Eurostar quite easily. You can reach all of the major attractions relatively quickly, depending on the time of day.

However, the thing that made our vacation perfect was Nick and his team, Caroline, Ed, and Wynne. Nick's communication was excellent. He promptly responded to all of my questions, made sure we had contact information for the greeters (Caroline and Wynne) and made sure we did not have to rely on memory by having all instructions printed in the apartment. Ed provided the check out information and both Caroline (when we got there) and Wynne (when we left) seem genuinely concerned that we were happy with everything. For me, as a first-time visitor to London, I felt well informed and taken care of by all of them.

I highly recommend Moreton Place. You will be well taken care of by this team. We cannot wait to visit again.

Just right, for a mother and daughter "get away" from Canada!

23 Moreton Place met all our expectations! Close to all amenities, quiet and very comfortable. Everyone we dealt with checking in, checking out - and in between, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Surely a place like home. We hope to be back one day.

This was my second time staying in this flat.

The flat is clean and charming, in a lovely and safe neighborhood.

A short walk to the Thames or Victoria station and the parks.

The manager is very helpful and quick to reply to any questions.

I will absolutely stay here next time I am in London.
