This light and bright flat is situated on the first floor of this converted period house in a quiet residential location. On entering the flat there is a small hall which leads into the sitting room which has 2 large french windows giving onto a decorative balcony. The room has high ceilings, decorative fireplace, 2 sofas, armchair, flatscreen TV and dining table seating 4.

The kitchen is open with the sitting room and has oven, hob (stove top), microwave, fridge, dishwasher and storage. There is also a washing machine. The bathroom has bath with shower over tub with glass screen, wash hand basin and loo. The main bedroom is small and has a standard double bed which is in a corner, a wall mounted flat screen TV, some storage and a flight of open stairs that lead down to the second bedroom.

The second bedroom, also a bright room and has a single bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and closet space. Altogether a very pleasant flat offering comfortable accommodation within minutes of the many shops, restaurants and amenities of both Pimlico and Victoria.

Perfect flat!

We were extremely happy with this flat. Access both Pimlico and Victoria stations was convenient yet we could also head out on foot to nearby sites, pubs and shops. We enjoyed that it was on a quiet street away from the touristy areas. Inside, it was clean with some great modern amenities (shower, kitchen, TV, wifi) while still maintaining some English charm (small hallways, 2nd bedroom a few steps down through 1st one, overall quaint). Virtually no noise from neighbours. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay while in London

The location was excellent. Loved having a kitchen to prepare breakfast and have a late night snack. Lower bed squeaked.

Lots of neighborhood restaurants that were good! Wasn't given info about what to do with trash upon leaving. No worries.

Lovely, peaceful and safe

A beautifully decorated apartment on a beautiful street. We enjoyed walking everywhere as it's quite close to the riverside pedestrian walkways. We liked how the streets in the area were quiet at night with almost no traffic. Would absolutely stay here again.

April in London

The location was great. The front of the apartment was under construction and therefore the balcony was not available. No one told us. This would be more for a couple with a child. You have to go through the upstairs bedroom to use the bathroom if you are sleeping in the single downstairs.

Awesome flat in quiet street and well located

Loved our Pimlico flat! So quiet and ideally located for access to the underground. The check in process was flawless. Would definitely look this up for staying again!

Note that my teen daughter found her lower bedroom was cooler than the rest of the flat. That's likely ideal for most people but wasn't preferred by her. Otherwise things worked very well.

Quaint and convenient

My wife daughter and I stayed for a week in March, 2017, and loved it. The street is like one out of Mary Poppins, and is conveniently located near bus stops and a tube station (less than two minutes). It is a ten minute walk from the Victoria Train Station, as well. The neighbourhood is safe, and has everything one could need within walking distance, including some good restaurants. Buckingham Palace is about a twenty minute walk away.

The rooms are decorated nicely with large window-doors that can open. The beds were comfortable, and enough supplies for a week's stay were provided. We made good use of the kitchen, and the bathroom is large and modern.

Nick answered all questions by email before arrival, and arrival was smooth with a friendly greeter waiting for us in the apartment. She showed us how everything worked, and answered some specific questions about the neighbourhood.

Great stay, and we hope to return some day.
