The block is very safe, lots of doors and codes to get into the apartment. The apartment is really light and wide, even more than on pictures. perfectly enough for 4 people, we never disturbed each other. J L is very sweet he welcomed us very warmly showed us everything and explained it very patiently. We loved this place, the house is very quiet, the amenities are in good condition, We LOVED the shower, 2 sinks with long mirrors, you can find everything in this flat what you need to feel like home. The beds are super comfy also. I highly recommend it for all ages. You can find shops and restaurant sorrounds, the metro station is very close and easy access to the town centre. A perfect location for your Paris stay, just a few yards from 2 Metro stations and, for UK Eurostar travellers, very close to the Gare du Nord. There's a good selection of restaurants nearby to cater for all tastes and budgets - from fine French dining to wholesome Ethiopian cuisine.The owner provided very good information in advance and his representative gave us a comprehensive tour of the apartment's facilities. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean and well equipped. We would have no hesitation in recommending it or booking ourselves for a future stay in Paris.
A lovely apartment that is well-equipped, warm and comfortable. My family enjoyed using the swimming pool in the complex. Access to the underground car park was a bit tight for a large family car, but we managed to get in and out and didn't need to use the car during our stay due to the excellent transport links very nearby. We would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Accomodation was spacious, very clean and was very comfortable. Room with 2 single beds was spacious and the pull out bed in the lounge was the best ive ever used. With a bad back and liking a huge bed this was perfect. Also had a computer AND printer which was perfect for printing out our boarding passes for our return flight. Could not praise the standard of accomodation enough!! Herman who met us with keys was very helpful and accessf fron Louis-blanc station was so so easy. Large Kitchen and loads of appliances - even had a supply of fresh coffee , sugar, salt - all the basic things. Large bathroom with separate toilet - this is a great find for Paris. Definitely will be back again!!
