This 60 m2 apartment is located in a modern building in the 14th arrondissement in Paris, a quiet area with many shops and restaurants. You will enjoy your stay in this pleasant Parisian second residence with a covered car park.
The apartment is for a maximum of 6 people and is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and a covered car park. It opens out onto a cosy living/dining room with a double sofa bed. For your entertainment, there is a flat-screen television, Wi-Fi connection and an excellent book collection with many books on Paris. The kitchen is open-plan in the living room. It is functional and well equipped. You will spend romantic nights in the double room, which has Louis XVI furniture and a balcony with lovely views of the gardens. The second bedroom is very practical, as it has a large pull-out bed that can be turned into a double bed or two single beds. The bathroom, in grey and yellow, is modern and has a rain-effect shower.
The apartment is ideally situated in the 14th arrondissement, a pleasant, tranquil area of Paris with good amenities, including shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. A few minutes away by foot, you will find the Porte d’Orléans metro station, from which you can reach Notre-Dame Cathedral or the Latin Quarter in only 10 minutes.

The owner of this delightful apartment was a true gentleman and went out of his way to make our stay in Paris the best it could possibly be. None of our accomodation or experiences elsewhere during our holiday have matched our stay at B's apartment. The facilities were outstanding, especially the luxurious shower after a long day of sightseeing! From excellent books to gorgeous antiques, this was a home away from home. It was a short walk to the Metro and an even shorter one to the irresistible bakery. We highly recommend this place and will be back if we return to Paris one day.
We were most impressed by the attention to detail and our happiness that B gave. From ensuring we had a supply of hot chocolate to organising a special birthday cake and card for my daughter, nothing appeared too much bother. These are the things that separate an ordinary apartment to this one.
'Really enjoyed our stay there. Apartment was excellent for our needs and so easy to get to from Gare du Nord and into the centre on subsequent days. Really enjoyed the area too. Everything you need is right there although the bakers are too close for the good of my waste line! Carrefour Express at the end of the street as well. Best thing of all was B the owner himself. 3 times “excellent” that is just an understatement, because it was more than excellent. We’ve been several times in Paris, and several times in different locations, but now we’ve found the location where we will stay further on. Very friendly owner, did everything (and more) what was possible to give us the feeling that we were more than just another guest. The location is only 3 minutes from the Metro-station, nice neighbourhood and good restaurants nearby (1 minute walk). The apartment is very luxury and is good equipped with WIFI, Nespresso, TV and DVD. Perfect kitchen, good beds and nice living-room. And last but not least..perfect (free of charge) parking-place in the cellar of the building. Advice..visit the bakery-store around the corner daily!
Wir waren hoch zufrieden, es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln. Der Besitzer hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und die Wohnung war traumhaft, absolut top!
