About the property

This contemporary and spacious flat can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably and is situated directly on the Canal in Hoxton. You will be able to enjoy the view on to the canal from the terrace and watch the boats go by. The nearest tube station Haggerston on the London Overground. In three stops you can change at Whitechapel and take the District line St Paul’s Cathedral.

This bright and airy 3rd floor apartment of 76m2 (with a lift) includes a large living room with a large L shaped sofa, a chaise lounge, a flat-screen television and DVD player. There is a nice sized terrace for enjoying those sunny days. The kitchen is open plan and equipped with all you need for preparing your meals. There is also a table for enjoying dinners in with your family and friends.

There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third with two twin beds. All rooms have bed side tables and large wardrobes for your storage needs. There is also a family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.

This property offers an excellent base in London whether you are travelling on business or for pleasure. Locally in Hoxton you can find number of restaurants and bars with a lively ambiance.
