This 50 m2 apartment can comfortably sleep up to five people and is located on the second floor (with a lift) of a historical building in the elegant district of Castro-Pretorio. The entrance leads onto the main room of the house, that includes a double sofa-bed, LCD television, table and chairs. There is also a modern American-style fully fitted kitchen for guests to prepare their favourite home-prepared meals in complete comfort. The spacious, sunny bedroom has a double bed, double sofa bed (individual use), wardrobe and LCD television. Finally but no less important, there is a beautifully finished bathroom with a shower and bath. There is also a WIFI internet connection available.
The strategic location of the apartment means visitors can walk to the most important places of tourist and historical interest in the city such as the Fontana de Trevi and Piazza Navona. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of the Biblioteca Nazionale alongside the Termini Station. The main streets are Via XX Settembre, Piazza della Repubblica and two important shopping streets: Via Nazionale and Via Cavour. The area is also very well connected with public transport. Metro line B has a stop (Castro Pretorio) just 10 minutes away. It is the ideal solution for all visitors wanting to feel completely at home whilst on holiday.

For arrivals between 21:00 - 24:00 there will be an additional supplement of 30€

A tourist stay tax of 2€ per person and per day is applicable for a maximum of ten days. Children under the age of ten are exempt from this payment.
