This apartment was completely refurbished in 2012. The apartment is decorated in a modern and functional style with special attention paid to the little details. The pastel colours give the room a warm and cosy feel.
The 80m2 apartment is capable of accommodating up to 4 people and is situated on the third floor of a modern building (with a lift) in the residential Monteverde Nuovo district. The apartment is accessed via a small hallway that connects all the rooms. From here you will reach the bright living room that features a single sofa-bed, an LCD television, and a dining table and chairs. The living room will provide the perfect place to relax and unwind. In the same space, though slightly separated, you will find the modern kitchenette where you can prepare your meals in comfort. There are two bedrooms – the first is spacious and features a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, whilst the second is smaller and features two single beds, one of which is a foldaway. Last but not least, there is a second bathroom with a shower.
The area has various public transport connections. In just 8 stops the tram will take you to the historic centre, including Piazza di Spagna, Largo Argentina, the Coliseum, the Trevi Fountain and much more. The tram stop (line 8) is located just 5 minutes from the apartment. Furthermore, 200m away you will find the Quattro Venti train station where you can catch a direct connection to San Pedro. The surrounding area is also full of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Late check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 will incur an additional charge of €20, whilst between 00:00 and 08:00 the charge increases to €50.

The apartment was spacious, nicely furnished, lots of hot water, lots of dishes etc. Very clean and bright. the owners gave us direction to transportation and shopping and the location of the apartment was ideal, close to public transportation and shopping.The area is nice, if I lived in Rome,I would like to live here.
