It is comfortable for three or four people - five is crowded. Easy to get around Paris with the Duroc metro station close by. Within a ten minute stroll to the Rodin Museum, Napoleon's tomb & a few minutes more to the Eiffel Tower. Excellent location with many cafes, patisseries, shops, etc close by.
We would stay here again.
Great Location. Less than 30 minutes from all Paris sites including Versailles. Metro and RER easily accessible. Multiple restaurants, grocery stores and great take-outs all within short distances. Louis very helpful with helping with the apartment
Charming apartment in a great location. Very close to metro. Living room and bedrooms were a nice size. Kitchen and bathroom are small but nice and functional. Plenty of room for our family (2 adults and 3 teens). Bathroom has been updated from what is shown in the pictures (new sink and shower - no tub). Living room couch has seen better days however the pull out for sleeping was surprisingly comfortable. Bakeries, butcher, produce vendors just outside the doorstep. Near busy street but updated windows keep out the noise. There is an elevator but we only used this to take our luggage up and down, otherwise we just used the beautiful wood stairs. We needed to drop luggage off early upon our arrival and the management was very accommodating. Overall, this was one of our favorite apartments we stayed in while traveling in Europe. Definitely recommended!
We had a nice time in the flat. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice quiet street. Caveats are the noise from construction next door and the rumbling metro underneath. Would recommend.
Sebastien communicated with me in a timely manner and was present when we arrived. He was very helpful and has maps and such in the apartment.
For European standards, the main room is bright and spacious. The 2 bedrooms are a good size. The kitchen is small but complete. The photos are accurate in depicting this property
The neighborhood is delightful with grocery shops, pastry shops and restaurants nearby. We found some gems. Transportation very convenient. The metro system was down in many parts due to floods, but we were able to navigate via the bus system which was easy to you and did not have long waits. In spite of flooding and closures, we had a great time in Paris!
