We loved our three nights at the apartments. Perfect location in a great part of Rome. We loved being in such an old building with so much character right around the corner from Campo dei Fiori. We didn't really even need to use the public transportation system. We walked to the Vatican, Coliseum, etc. Each walk took no more than 30 minutes. Plus every corner had history. Loved it.
Giuseppe was so helpful as well. Tons of information about the town and area. Plus he met us there very late our first night with keys, arranged for transportation, etc. Plenty of room for our family and it was helpful that there was a laundromat right next door for us. We put all of our laundry in a huge washer for under $10. The huge dryer was around $5. Quick and easy when you've been backpacking Europe and need clean laundry. There was also a small washer in the apartment but we didn't even have to use it.
Only bad thing for us was the noise on the first night (Saturday). There is a bar downstairs that stayed open pretty late. The other nights were very quiet though. Just bring earphones for Saturday nights :)
The apartment is in a great location that easily accomodates a family of 5, comfortably. The owner is helpful and attentive. The apartment is secure with only one flight of stairs. Would be happy to stay again!
We truly enjoyed our visit to Rome. Giuseppe was very welcoming and helpful with information about attractions, restaurants in the area and gave a thorough tour of the apartment so we would know how everything worked.
The property was clean and the description and photos matched the apartment. The apartment is located in a quaint area of town just steps away from some of the big attractions in Rome. We made use of our earplugs at night while we were there because we are not use to the sounds of the city.
This was a very special central apartment perfect for all our needs and the fact that the building was 400 years old is amazing . loved it loved Rome. We will return
Fabulous location. Home from home stay. Real Italy! The owner is fabulous. Kind, helpful and knowledgable of the area. Amazing collection of Classical CD's so take something to play them on!
