My friends and I stayed at this villa for Crop Over and it was the perfect place to relax and have some fun. Besides the spectacular views, it was very safe, comfortable and conveniently located to nearby restaurants, Oistins and St. Lawrence Gap. I would recommend that you stay here.

Fabulous condo with view, perfect beach access, and pool. Very SAFE with security on-site and looked doors. Location great although would recommend renting a car on the island in general. Great introduction to the property and was even better than the pictures and description. Will absolutely stay here again upon return to the island!!

Welcome to Paradise!

The condo has all the commodities that you need, very spacious. The beds and bathrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Waking up and having coffee at the balcony was amazing! At night we just hang out at the balcony and listen to the ocean, it was a dream! The pool at the facility nice and the condo facility were quiet and private…we like that! The only negative comment is about the construction in the area (there were construction everywhere once you leave the condo) making driving a little difficult.

Overall this place was more than what we expected!

AMAZING!!!!

Had a Great time in Barbados....The condo is just as it is in the pictures. It was clean, very secure and we felt safe. The complimentary welcome package is a nice touch. The views from the terrace are stunning and the beach is gorgeous. There was four of us and there was plenty of space to be together or for privacy. Loved the rain shower heads in the bathrooms. Julien and Wayne were awesome, they took us wherever we wanted to go with no problem. They were always on time and waited for us when we needed. We will definitely be back!!

BETTER THAN HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!

I cannot put into words the enjoyment we experienced while staying at the beautiful Ocean 1, unit 503. I have been traveling to Barbados for 25 years now, as I am married to a Bajan National. The unit was not only furnished and decorated beautifully (upscale but warm and "homey") but it was chock full of all of the "extras" that easily placed this unit miles above the rest! Kathi has ensured that there is MORE than what you could possibly need or want. She's thought of everything from beach toys to boogie boards, a cooler to take beverages down to the poolside or beach.... even thick, decorative beach towels!! The kitchen is over the top stocked with more than you could ever need to prepare gourmet meals. There's even serving dishes which adds to the "more than homey" feel! The washer and drier in the condo was such a convenient joy! We came home with clean clothes!:)

Kathi is a Gem! Her attentiveness and promptness ... from my first question posed (almost a year before😳?)

to ensuring we had a car pick us up from and return us to the airport.. .to meeting us at the unit to orient us was exemplary! She was always just a phone call away. Oh! And let me not forget to mention the welcome gift waiting for us of refreshments ( beer, juice, and soda) and sundries. Very appreciated after a day of travel.

The building was immaculate! My husband and I LOVED the well- equipped 2 level gym, security measures (gated entry, security staff and secured elevator entry), maid service every few days and the friendly and attentive staff! Rommel, Livingston, Steve and, forgive me but I can't remember the only woman's name on staff 😱?😕?😬? always greeted us with a smile and had pleasant conversation.

The grounds were always well kept and the pool and hot tub well serviced. Beach chairs and tables were always available...And lastly, but certainly not least, waking to the beauty of the unencumbered beach view on the furnished patio (with the sound of the waves crashing on the shore) was calming and magical....the coupe de gra!

Easily accessible (20 min walk) from the activity of St Lawrence gap but Ocean 1 is situated on a wayyyyyyy better beach than Dover!! This will be my property rental FOR LIFE!!:)

A perfect getaway in paradise

We wanted our 10 day vacation to be a relaxing one and this little piece of paradise delivered. Spacious rooms (and showers!), beautiful view and the constant sound of the ocean. Maxwell beach is fantastic and our kids (8. 11. 14) had a great time jumping in the waves during the day and playing in the pool every evening. Grocery store and Oisten fish market is within walking distance - it may be a bit far for smaller children but there are lots of options for transportation. Special thanks to Kathi who was incredibly responsive before and during our stay as well as to our driver Julian who took us on a spectacular tour of this beautiful island. It was perfect.

Great for a family vacation

Our stay at the condo was absolutely wonderful!!! The condo was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The location of the property couldn't have been better. It was a 15 minute walk to St Lawrence Gap where there are plenty of restaurants. The super market was a short taxi ride away. Kathi provided us with all the information we needed for a comfortable . Wayne and Julian taxied us around when needed. My family absolutely loved the condo and Barbados. We will definitely go back in the future. I highly recommend this property.
