This beautiful Parisian apartment is ideally located in the 6th arrondissement, and guests will really appreciate the full charms of the French capital. Its privileged location just ten minutes’ walk from the Notre-Dame in Paris is the ideal choice to visit the Île de la Cité, the Île Saint Louis, the romantic locks of the Seine and their Bouquinistes (book sellers). Visitors can also take an unforgettable trip along the Seine, or a ten-minute walk to the must-see Louvre Museum, and the Châtelet.

This spacious 70m2 duplex was completely renovated in 2011 and is located on the fourth floor without a lift of a small typical neighbourhood building. It can comfortably sleep up to six people and includes a charming lounge with magnificent fireplace, a double sofa bed and two single beds. The beautiful American-style kitchen is fully fitted with everything guests might need during their stay. The pleasant bathroom has a bath and is ideal to relax after a long day of sightseeing around the streets of the capital. The toilet is independent. On the upstairs floor there is a beautiful bedroom with double bed just a few steps up to a magnificent 15m2 terrace, from where it is possible to admire the most beautiful monuments in the capital including the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum and the River Seine.
There is also air conditioning, flat-screen satellite television, telephone with free calls to over one hundred destinations and internet connection available for work or leisure purposes.
There are numerous bars and restaurants in the surrounding area that will satisfy even the most demanding tastes.

We absolutely loved this sweet apartment- wonderful views, perfect location and all of our needs were met by the owners. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals with the food we bought at the markets and the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to dine!

Apartment matched the web description and was in a great location. It was good size for our family.
The clothes washer/dryer would not dry and although the management was working on it, it was not fixed while we were there.
The contact person was on-time and very friendly.
Recommend repairs for a perfect evaluation:
- Clothes dryer
- Toilet flusher. Panel with button fell out of wall. We taped it up with masking tape.
- Door to toilet had too much paint on it; would not close.
The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the apartment very much.

The DVD machine is a little difficult to use and in the end we didn't use it.

About this accommodation, I would recomend a better cleanning service, since it's clearly poor.
About facilities, everything perfect except the noisy toilet which is constantly flushing.

The location of this apartment is superb, an amazing view of the Sacre Coeur and Eiffel Tower at night. Our only comment would be that the standard of the lobby area is poor and doesn't reflect the high standard of the apartment. The stairs leading to the apartment are also very steep and this should be made clear to prospective visitors.
