This beautiful 42m2 apartment is located on the first floor of a Haussmann-style building with a lift. It is ideal for a maximum of four people and has been carefully decorated and furnished to provide a special stay for any visitors searching for relaxing and worry-free holidays.
The flat has a lovely lounge with double sofa bed and a dining area with table and fully-fitted kitchen with everything guests might need during their stay. There is also a flat-screen television with cable channels, DVD player and telephone with unlimited calls to certain destinations as well as WIFI internet connection.
The bathroom has a bath and is an ideal spot to unwind after an intensive day’s sightseeing around the capital. The toilet is separate.
The apartment is in an optimal location to move around the city effortlessly whether it be for business or leisure purposes. The accommodation is located on the Boulevard Montmartre – an ideal spot to go out and explore the French capital and this lively neighborhood. The Opera Garnier, as well as the Grands Magasins, are just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The famous Louvre Museum is only fifteen minutes walk away.
The area is also home to many bars, restaurants and shops that will satisfy even the most demanding tastes. It is very easy to move around from the accommodation with the nearest metro station Richelieu- Drouot on the doorstep, with its line 8 leading directly to Place de la Concorde and Bastille and the most famous avenue in the world, the Champs Elysées.

Centrally located with a McDonalds nearby, great for kids and saving money on food. The metro is also just a moment away so you can easily get around. Walking distance from Gare du Nord (30 mins max). The apartment is warm, well kitted out, and we had no complaints about the noise from the metro line below the building... It kind of added to the ambiance. A Carrefour version of Tesco express just round the corner makes self caring very do-able and practical, another money saver. All in all a good value flat.

Great appartment, but only one problem...the room shakes with every metro train that passes underground. From 2am to 5am there is peace, but otherwise it is challenging.

Our only complaint was the noise from the construction going on in the building. We were awakened very early every morning to a jack hammer.
Ein nutzbarer Tisch wäre sehr nützlich gewesen - es war sehr umständlich, mit vier Personen an dem vorhandenen Mikro-Tisch zu sitzen und zu essen.
Im Bad war der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig und das Duschen entsprechend umständlich. Das Gebäude war allerdings in sehr gutem Zustand und wir haben uns sicher und wohl gefühlt.
