With capacity to accommodate up to six people, this ground-floor apartment covers a generous 100m² of floor space. Being situated right next to the Landwehr Canal means it’s a great place to go for a relaxing stroll and get to know the local area.
With laminate flooring and bright décor throughout, this is a warm and welcoming flat. It has all the home comforts you might need, such as cable TV, a radio, internet connection (wifi), washing machine, dishwasher and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is a particularly bright space, and includes 4 hobs and an espresso coffee machine so you can enjoy that all-important first cup of the day. A fridge/freezer sits in the corner, while a dining table and chairs are provided for you to take your meals. The flat has three separate bedrooms, so each person or couple can have their own private space. The first has two single beds, while bedrooms two and three each have a double bed. The apartment does not have a living room, but there is a spacious entrance hall, where you will find a three-seat sofa, a coffee table and a chest of drawers. The two bathrooms are fully-equipped with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin.
Several supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away from the apartment. To really enjoy your stay in Berlin, try out the gastronomic delights on offer nearby in the numerous bars and restaurants.
The closest metro station to the apartment is Kottbusser Tor. Here you will find access to the U1 and U8 lines. The Schönleinstraße and Prinzenstraße stations are also close and offer good connections to the principle tourist attractions. For example, there’s Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Island of the Museums or the famous Checkpoint Charlie. For any shopping addicts, there’s the shopping centre Alexa in Alexanderplatz, a few stops away on line U8 of the metro. For guests arriving with a car, you can take advantage of the free parking available on the street in front of the apartment’s building.

I had a great stay at this apartment. Very good location only minutes away from the U-bahn and two stops from alexanderplatz. The apartment is located on a lovely river. The owner of the apartment is very helpful giving handy tips on where to go and what to see. I would defiantly recommend for a central stay in berlin.
Great size place, close to kreuzberg central and U bahn. 5 minute taxi to watergate...
When we visited, Berlin was extremely cold - but the apartment was warm. The apartment was spacious, and in a good location near supermarkets and the U-Bahn. Our family enjoyed our stay.
Great ground floor apartment in fabulous canalside location close to bars, shops, restaurants, U-bahn. Very helpful, friendly and flexible owners live upstairs. Many sights within walking distance but excellent public transport also available.
