This apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building near the Plaza España. It has a double bedroom with three single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped the following appliances: a fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining/living room is spacious and comfortable, and has a flat screen TV with satellite, a CD player/radio and a WiFi Internet connection, a big table and chairs. There is also heating and air conditioning in the apartment.
It is only a few minutes from the metro station Plaza España. Ideal for those interested in the Feria de Barcelona (Barcelona's Trade Fair).
Check-in from 16:00. If the apartment is available and has been prepared before 16:00, it may be possible to check-in early, subject to agreement with the owner.

The number for us to call is not a mobile phone number. It takes too many calls to reach someone and that is if you are lucky enough to reach. In today's day and age, how inefficient this is.
Separately, they do not take the information we provide seriously. We said we will arrive at 1230pm, if we are on time. We did reach there on time, but no one showed up. They said it is better that we call first, but the trouble is no one picks up the call. It was after several calls that we managed to reach someone and we had to wait for 45 minutes before he can arrive to assist. Worst still, it took almost an hour to get the internet working, so that I can sign to accept the booking electronically.
To improve, they must be readily contactable (have a mobile phone reachable at least between 8am till 8pm. The apartment's internet has got to improve as well. Princep Jordi is a very good location. They can charge higher rates and people wouldn't mind paying if its ability to be contactable, with internet facilities in the accommodation improved. You can see these same comments repeated by other visitors.
3 of us stayed while we ran the Barcelona Marathon, it is perfectly situated and was clean and tidy.
There was lack of mirrors in the apartment!It took a complete day to make the environment warm,it was better that at least two hours before arriving of guests somebody turns on the air conditioner.However everything was excellent.
I loved the apartment!!! Every thing was clean and very organize... We gas a little problem with the Wi-fi but it was soved very fast!!!
I've gotta say that I had great surprise, the apartment was much better that what was expecting!! I recomend!
Everything went out smoothly.:) the contact person was very nice, he responded my emails extremely fast, he gave me all the information needed regarding how to get there. We called him when we landed and we arrived very fast at the apartment and he was already there.excellent:)
