Holidays home on the doorstep of Paris. This holidays home is located on the doorstep of Paris, in a “3 stars”district” (according to the Tourism Office of Paris) in a block with a 150 square meters garden completely furbished and a barbecue kit. This apartment is the perfect one for any kind of stay: business trip or holidays, you will feel like at home.
It has been refurbished in 2014; it has a surface of 40 square meters. You will find a 16 square meters bedroom with a tv, a double bed (190x140 cm) and a single bed (190x90 cm), a 12 square meters bedroom with a bunk bed and a desk with drawers for you to put all yours goods; a kitchen, with a surface of 10 square meters, equipped with everything you may need during your stay, and a bathroom complete with shower, a sink and a toilet. The apartment is provided with free (wireless) internet connection, as well as a cot, a high chair and a baby bath tub. You can also use the lind line phone.
The apartment is located in the village of Asnières, (in the north east of Paris) in a residencial area right in the centre of the city; thanks to its position everything such as shops and transport connections are really close: the underground station Gabriel Péri (line13) is at just 6 minutes by walking and from there you can reach the boulevard “Champs Elysées”, “Les invalides” square, next to the “Sein” river,“Montparnasse” (the station and the tower both) and the “ French Stadium” (world cup ’98). Asnieres railway station is at just 10 minutes from the apartment and from there you can get to “Saint Lazare” with just 7 minutes. Moreover, if you have got a car, there is also a lot of space for parking near the accommodation. Finally for any kind of problems or just for some information you would like to have, the owners at the next door and will help you. The parking space (12€ per week) close to the property will allow you to park your car without any problems.

The owner is nice. The location is good and you can find supermarket and bakery easily by some minutes walking. Ten minutes walk to metro station. It has an outdoor table that is good place for eating your breakfast.
The apartment was very spacious and there was everything we needed: everything from towels, pots and pans to a cot bed was provided. The owner spoke very good English and was very welcoming.The location is good. There are several small supermarkets about five minutes away, there are at least three bakeries and a greengrocer's shop. It's about 10 min walk to a metro stop and it is quick and easy to get to the city centre.Overall, the apartment was very nice and homely and we would stay there again.
We had a wonderful stay and was offered a lot of help since we had an accident with our car on the way to Paris. Very friendly and nice hosts.
QUITE COMFORTABLE. WE HAD NO NEED FOR SOME LARGE THINGS i.e. PRESSURE COOKER, SERVING PLATES .
