“Mykonian Passion” has been published on the major Architectural and travel magazines such as “Condé Nast Traveler” (among the others) whose editors voted, in the issue dated August 2009, its swimming pool as the 5th sexiest pool in the world.
We are talking about an impressive 20m long (and 3 m. deep) infinity pool, that covers the entire length of the main house. The sand and rocks that are around make it similar to a natural lagoon. All around the pool, placed in different corners, there are sun beds, lounge and shaded dining areas, where to relax or have a long Greek lunch. But anyway, all across both the front and the sides of the property is plenty of lounge areas where guests can enjoy and relax.
The outside of the villa is very spacious, besides the pool area, there are 3 sitting areas under traditional style pergolas and a stone oven/barbeque. There are gardens, olive trees, bushes, shrubs and cacti plants among the rocks, which create beautiful landscapes. The deck is made of elegant wood furniture and 2 very large day beds with colorful and beautiful materials.
The property consists of two buildings: the main house and the guest house.
The indoor spaces are as unique as the outdoor ones. They are characterized by a typical Greek beach style, whitewashed walls, driftwood and vintage furniture, beautiful stone and rock formations and luxurious handmade materials.
From the kitchen, to the dining area, the living room and all the bedrooms and bathrooms, the style is very harmonious and another feature is given by its high ceilings.
All five bedrooms are large and are facing the sea offering spectacular views and all of them have balconies or terraces. Apart from that they are very bright thanks to the effect given by ceiling colored glass openings (that you find in 3 of them). Needless to say that all four bedrooms have en suites bathroom.
In detail, one of the bedrooms is in the lower section of the main building with direct access to the pool. Two more bedrooms are on the first floor and the fourth is in the guest house attached to the main building but it has its own entrance and private garden.
The open plan is composed by the kitchen, a dining and a large round living room with many beautiful and well chosen antique pieces.
All major rooms have access to a patio, balcony or terrace, where one can dine, sunbathe or lounge undisturbed. There are fire places in all the bedrooms and indoor areas and also a very functional central heating, which make the house very comfortable even during the winter months.
In this villa you can relax away from the noisy town center (being the most private location on the island) even if you can reach it in about 10 minutes drive, so to enjoy all that Mykonos has to offer. The village of Ano Mera is only 5 minutes drive far and there you can taste good local food at a very inexpensive price. Many other beaches are just down the road and some of the most beautiful beaches of the island are just a short drive from the property as well as many beach side tavernas and restaurants.
Furthermore, you can take the opportunity to enjoy many other experiences such as beautiful hiking excursions along the paths that surround the property, or a boat trip around the coastline. You can also ask for yoga and Pilates trainers or massage and beauty operators as well as a personal chef.
In brief, the plus of this splendid villa compared with other properties on the island is given not only by the breathtaking and spectacular views, but also by the absolute privacy that it offers.

The minimum stay required is of 5 days and the arrival/departure dates are flexible except during the months of June-July-August when the minimum stay is of 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday).
The arrival time is fixed, between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing. The departure time is within 10.00 a.m.
A 50% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
However in case of booking cancellations over the deadline, the amount lost can be reused for new bookings on other dates (even the following year) subject to availability and possible change of prices.
A damage deposit of € 2.000, has to be paid upon arrival and it is refundable at the end of the stay.
