Kurze Wege / schöner Urlaub

Das Objekt liegt etwas außerhalb von Garda / Bardolino aber dafür in einer sehr angenehmen ruhigen Lage. Der Weg zum See mit dem Auto belief sich auf gerade mal 5 - 10 Minuten und war daher perfekt. Wer die Ruhe auf dem Land mag und es bevorzugt nicht direkt im getümmel der Stadt zu wohnen aber trotzdem kurze Wege zum See zu haben der ist hier genau richtig!

Ideale Lage - sauberes grosses Haus mit tollem Garten

Wir haben hier schöne 5 Tage verbracht. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts für einen Kurzurlaub. Südost Balkon. Eine schön angelegte Terrasse gibt es keine aber einen sehr grossen sehr schönen Garten und Sitzmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und auf dem großzügigem Balkon. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber. Garten eingezäunt. Ideal für unsere Hunde. Schnelles WLAN und TV mit deutschen Sendern vorhanden. Ideale Lage für Unternehmungen da nahe Affi (Einkaufszentrum)!und Bardolino (5-10min Fahrt) In Fussnähe gibt es Pizza to Go (lecker) und die Osteria Antica. Einziger Kritikpunkt für uns war die Lage an der vielbefahrenen Strasse unterhalb des Hauses die sehr laut ist. Insgesamt ein ruhiges Wohngebiet aber die Strasse unten ist nervig. In Ruhe ein Buch lesen eher nicht möglich. Gegenüber ist derzeit eine ziemlich laute Baustelle (Okt.2022) die aber natürlich nicht von Dauer sein wird. Wäre es ruhiger wären wir sicher wieder gekommen. Nette Vermieter.

Perfekter Urlaub am Gardasee

Absolut zu empfehlen für max. 6 Personen. Alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub vorhanden, inkl. Grill. Da eingezäunt, auch ideal für einen Hund, da Haustiere erlaubt sind. Buchung und Abwicklung vor Ort war sehr flexibel und unproblematisch. Perfektes Ausgangsziel für Baden uns Sight Seeing am und um den Gardasee herum. Beste Einkaufmöglichkeit nur 5 min entfernt in Affi.

Maison correcte mais rapport qualité/prix à revoir

La maison est relativement conforme à l'annonce sauf qu'il n'est pas mentionné qu'elle est entre 2 routes dont l'une très passante vers Bardolino aussi le jardin même si il est grand est peu exploitable. De plus la maison est sur sous-sol semi-enterré et avec les chaleurs excessives de cet été, impossible à rafraichir même en ouvrant les fenêtres à l'aube et en refermant volets et fenêtres ensuite. La climatisation serait vraiment nécessaire pour justifier le prix de cette location. 1 seul toilette situé dans la salle de bain. Accueil sympathique mais en coup de vent du prestataire en charge de la maison.

Badeurlaub am Gardasee

Haben unseren Urlaub genossen. Objekt ist sauber und sehr großzügig, vor allem der Garten. Küche hat alles, was wir brauchten. Die Straße war nachts ruhig, untertags können wir es nicht beurteilen. Check in war super, sehr individuell auf uns abgestimmt. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super, sehr schnell, kompetent und freundlich.
