FOUR BEDROOM VILLA WITH AIR CONDITIONING AND BEAUTIFUL SEA

Just by the sea and the beach of Llenaire, in a nice quiet area in Puerto Pollensa it is located this villa of high quality. The house is recently restored and perfectly combines modern interior design with the traditional exterior of the island, always ensuring maximum comfort. The furniture is carefully selected and the decor is beautiful, functional and cozy. The living room is light and airy with direct exit to the main terrace. The kitchen, completely new, is modern and practical with plenty of storage space. Equipped with all supplies needed for use, Nespresso coffee has, coffee Mellita, kettle, blender, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, osmosis water for drinking, ... It also has an extendable table for eight people, with a large pantry. It has four bedrooms (three with double bed, one with twin beds) and three bathrooms with shower (two bedrooms have their own en suite). On the back is a second covered terrace with barbecue, a courtyard with fruit trees. There are also laundry. The villa is completely surrounded by gardens. The front terrace quickly becomes the darling of the house with its chill-out furniture and outdoor dining place, ideal for relaxed moments with breakfast and lunch outdoors, along with unsurpassed views. This house is a perfect choice for a family or group of friends who want to be near the sea and the beach, even with shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

A stunning villa with an incredible view and a real home from home

The location is fantastic. Just outside of the main centre of Puerto Pollensa, which gives a much appreciated quiet feel to the area, and only two minutes walk from the sandy beach and metres from the sea. The villa itself is of a very high standard (the osmosis tap meant there was no need to buy drinking water, which was an added bonus) and the recently built pool has been done exceptionally well. The front terrace gives you plenty of space for sun or shade and offers a fantastic view of the bay no matter what time of day or night you sit out there. The owner was also very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will certainly be returning.

Beautiful villa, in a quiet beachfront position but only 25 minutes walk from the pine walk.

Lovely, spacious villa with beautiful views across pollenca bay. Some very good restaurants a few minutes walk away and about 25 minutes walk to the main pine walk and marina. Kids loved having own pool and being so close to the beach. Owner was very helpful and villa was immacutely clean. Would highly recommend this villa and would definitely stay there again.
