Property very clean and private

The house is very nice and Juan, the owner is very friendly. Addaia is a gorgeous little town with many picturesque views.

The Corner Cafe Bar by the supermarket in Addaia is very welcoming and the food is good.

If you need a taxi to get to the airport try calling (0034)971367111, but it's probably best to order it in advance in case you have difficulty getting through when you need it.

Great position near port

​Lovely positioned villa, 5 minute walk to the port which has a beautiful restaurant called La Cantina where we had the best fish ever and could watch the expensive yachts coming into port and 5 minutes walk uphill to The Corner Bar which did very tasty tapas. A few doors away is the Raj which completely overcharged us on our first night, the food was ok but we paid about 25 euros too much and after complaining on trip advisor they said it was a "system error" !!!

Anyway we would highly recommend the villa, the kitchen and upstairs bathroom could do with a bit of an update but adequate and there is only air con in the master bedroom and fans in the others so this might be a problem in high season. The pool and outside space is great, with 3 separate seating areas so you can move around with the sun and shade. There is a iron and DVD player which isn't mentioned in the description. All is very private and not overlooked at all.

The owners son, Juan, was very helpful with the booking and answering all of my many questions and spoke perfect English, unlike his dad who didn't speak any and when he met us on arrival he showed us around only speaking in Spanish but managed to make us understand. He was such a lovely man and made us feel very welcome. So any questions you need to know it is best to ask Juan before you go.

The best supermarket we found was Mercadona near the airport, about 15-20 minutes drive but big enough to stock up and much cheaper than the smaller local shops.

Weather was perfect and the island is so pretty and quiet, compared to the other Balearics, we will certainly be visiting again.
