Stunning views, 3 Bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom, roof top conservatory

Well appointed 3 bedroom villa in a fabulous sea front location in Sant Elm just a few hundred yards walk from the centre of the village or a 5 minute swim to the nearest tapas bar. The house is one of four private terraced villas set in a peaceful location with direct access to the sea and a two minute walk to the nearest beach.

The property is laid out over three floors: A comfortable and airy roof top terrace/conservatory which enjoys unobstructed views out to sea together with a cloakroom. The middle floor consists of an open plan, living/dining room and well equipped compact German fitted kitchen. Finally the lower floor consists of three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The three bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes, two of the bedrooms enjoy wonderful sea views.

About Scott & Niki

We both live and work in Sussex, England. We brought the house after a few holidays in Mallorca during which we found the tranquil village of Sant Elm, we have been so lucky to find this amazing house in such a stunning location.

We try to visit as much as possible between our work commitments.

Why Scott & Niki chose Andratx area

We fell in love with the wonderful sea views and convenient location, we love that you can step out the door and its just a short walk into the center of the village.

We often walk into the village for a cocktail at Maria's the nearest wine bar and swim back to the house, simply Paradise.

Stunning!

Stunning house, stunning view, stunning location!! We had an absolutely perfect holiday at this incredible house. Quiet and tranquil with just enough to keep us entertained. Great retaurants and bars, and the beach in easy walking distance. Weather was hot and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was a godsend! ! Thank you so much Scott and nicky for letting us stay in your fabulous home. We really do hope to return xx

Wowser!!!!

We've just spent a week at the house and what a week it's been! (We're now currently in Portals Nous and this place - where we're in now - doesn't compare to Casa Caboose!) Think "room with a view" and that's how we'd sum it up! To die for view, that one could never ever tire of. From morning to night the view across to the island is spellbinding. Dramatic sunsets, tinkering boats at night and just blue sky on blue sea - in the day. Perfect.

3 beds, immaculately clean, 3 levels, lovely "maid" (nikky) A stones throw from a little platform to sunbathe and swim in the sea and abt 5 mins to the beautiful sandy beach. St Elm holds a charm that we've not seen before. We've usually headed up to Pollenca but we've found a real gem here.

If we had to criticise anything it would be that it would be nice to have some private outdoor space (like the houses either side have) Theres a little outdoor terrace down below that belongs to the owners but we sadly couldn't use it. A bit of a shame really as its beckoning a couple of sunbeds and a parasol down there. That would make Casa Caboose THE house to rent for many a year. That said, we knew the score before we booked. It's only when you see what the neighbours have that you feel a teensy bit jealous. We'd recommend the house a million times over though and it's a fab little house that is very very special. Thank you Scott and Niki. We are "well jell" that you own a house like that!!! xx

The view!

We decided to have a last minute break to Sant Elm, it was definitely a good decision. The weather was still lovely and warm and still nice enough to sit and read on the beach. The sunsets from the house view are just magnificent! The house itself is great, it has everything you need and was nice and clean. We were met by Nicky who answered any questions we had and it was nice to know we could contact her if needed. I really did not want to go home :( LOVE SANT ELM!

Sant Elm is a beautiful village located in the South West corner of the island, overlooking the world heritage Island of Dragonera. Enjoy crystal clear waters, clean beaches with golden sand and stunning sunsets.

Sant Elm offers year round attractions and activities, in the summer months the village is a wonderful vibe of activity, a good mix of happy visitors and friendly locals provide a welcoming relaxed atmosphere within the village, visiting yachts anchor in the turquoise waters of the bay, the owners come ashore to sample the local culinary delights.

In the milder months, the village is a great base for walking, hiking and cycling. The surrounding area offers many walks and trails around the coast with breathtaking views over the island of Dragonera.
