A fabulous family holiday !
A great find and would have no hesitation in staying here with our 3 children again. Peter and Jan were helpful from the start and reading previous reviews we had high expectations. We were not disappointed!! The photos don’t do it justice! From the location, to the neighbours, the pool and the beach, everything was perfect! Mojácar has plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Our favourite was Torre Bahia and Bellavista, which were within a 5 minute walk. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the house was well equipped with everything we needed, including beach towels, umbrella and chairs. I would recommend this to everyone! Many thanks

Family holiday with teenage children
Right from the start Peter & Jan were very helpful in the initial booking stages answering questions quickly, the location of the property was perfect with on a short walk to the beach, shops and plenty of choice in restaurants, we hired a car which allowed us to venture out and we found plenty to do to keep our teenage kids entertained, the property is perfect, 3 good size bedrooms, large lounge area with TV and excellent WiFi, the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates , glasses and utensils. The balcony was gorgeous in the evenings to eat at with views over the town, the pool was great and we had it all to ourselves all the holiday , it was clean and warm the only downside there are limited sun loungers, the property was easy to find and Egle the house keeper was there to greet us upon arrival and lived nearby so was always on hand if you needed anything and was very helpful, the resident neighbors next door were also very friendly and gave us some good recommendations on places to eat , most restaurants nearby do menu of the day that varies between €10-15 each for 3 courses and the food is great, so overall we would have no hesitation to recommend this holiday we really enjoyed it.

Good family holiday
Very good for our needs - 5 adults & 2 yr old. The accommodation was lovely. Lots of steps so may not be accessible for all, however we managed with toddlers buggy and one of us having mobility problems, so not huge issue. The location was ideal being equidistant to good parts of the beach, and most of the restaurants and bars on Mojacar playa. Good regular bus service to Mojacar town. Swimming pool is shared which is fine, but was too cold most days. All worked well with housekeeper meeting us on arrival and is contactable if need be, but not intrusive.
Pleased to read you had a good family holiday and that you found the location ideal to access the beach and restaurants.
It was a shame that it was too cold to use the pool.

Well equipped accomodation, excellent location and views.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Our only problem was heating in the evening. The weather was particularly cold during our stay and unfortunately we could only use one radiator at a time otherwise it tripped the main fuse.
We are pleased you enjoyed your stay at our holiday house, thank you for letting us know that you experienced difficulty with the second radiator, we will correct this fault and we hope that we will see again.

Mojacar now boasts some of the most sophisticated nightlife to be found beachside in Spain. Late night bars such as Lua and Mandalas are a must see, if only for their splendour.
