Accommodation

Beautiful newly renovated apartment on the first floor of the Palm Garden resort.

The apartment has a double bedroom, a bathroom, living room-kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the sea. The living room has a sofa bed, which is great for couples with a child. The building has an elevator.

Services

- Initial and final cleaning is included for stays of at least 7 nights. If you want extra cleaning during your stay, it would have a price of 10 € per hour

- Guests can enjoy both the large community pool and the solarium on the second floor, from which there are great views.

- We welcome guests personally. You are contactable by e-mail or phone during your stay if you need us.

Surrounding area

The apartment is located in the Palm Garden resort. The location could not be better as less than 400 m (less than 5 minutes walk) the sea is.

Both bus stops and taxi rank are just 100 meters pharmacies and private medical services at 200. Just outside the entrance to the apartment there are all amenities (restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, supermarkets, car hire companies, bike rental, etc.).

There are also nearby diving clubs, surfing and windsurfing, as well as companies to hire guided tours.

Getting Around

Staying in this apartment will not need to have car as you can comfortably walk everywhere.

However, if you want to explore the island and get lost in its coves and corners it is advisable to have car.

House Rules

-The Check in time is at 16:00 and the out is at 12:00. However, we can be flexible with schedules, as long as no inputs or outputs from other customers. Ask us in this regard with arrival and departure provided.

- The house is rented to smokers, but are requested to smoke only on the terrace.

- I'm sorry, but no pets.

- The payment of a security deposit of € 200 payable in cash upon entering the apartment, which is refunded on departure once it is established that no damage in housing need.

Minimum stay

Minimum stay is normally 7 nights, but at certain times you can stay fewer nights. For stays under 7 nights is a surcharge of 50 € for final cleaning. However, for stays of at least 7 nights, cleaning is included in the price.

Hello! My name is Naresh ,but everybody calls me Nico , I was born in India , but I have spent many years living in this paradise of the Canary Islands with my wife , who is French. I am the owner of a print shop clothes and other souvenirs items which is very close to the apartment , and although I work really long hours and I have little time for leisure, I enjoy living in the south of Fuerteventura , with its great climate and wonderful beaches .

I live in the same apartment complex where the property is , and has always enjoyed the area, how comfortable it is to have everything so close, the beach, shops , restaurants , and the specially the views and the proximity to the sea of these apartments. Its location is so convenient you will not need a car to get around and enjoy all of that this area offers.

What makes this apartment unique

The main advantages of the property are :

- Large sunny terrace overlooking the sea

- Less than a 5 minutes walk from the beach

- The apartment complex has swimming pools that as a guest you can freely use .

- All shops , restaurants and pharmacies within a 5 minutes walk

Worth a return visit

I meant to write this review six months ago but never got round to it. I am prompted now as I hope to return during the coming winter. This isn't a luxury flat but it had all we needed. The location is excellent - there is a range of restaurants and bars nearby and we were quite happy walking into the centre of Morro Jable. For those not into walking there is a frequent bus service. The apartment block is set back from the beach but you can be swimming in the sea within five minutes, You can also swim and sunbathe on one of the upper floors. The apartment itself is modern, clean, comfortable and fully equipped. the only thing missing is WiFi, but we overcame that by linking to the WiFi of the bar immediately below the apartment. The signal wasn't great but adequate for email, newsfeeds, Twitter and Facebook. Don't be put off by the fact that the apartment is above a bar and overlooking the main road. Noise was never a problem. Jazmin was there to greet us on our arrival and would have been available throughout had we needed help.

Estupendo

Estuve 10 noches con mi pareja y la verdad es que estuvimos muy a gusto, el salón es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos, la terraza es perfecta para desayunar, ya que a las mañanas da la sombra y hace buena temperatura, el cuarto tiene un buen tamaño y la cama es bastante cómoda, la chica que nos dio las llaves fue muy simpática y agradable y resuelve todas las dudas que tengas. Las instalaciones del complejo están muy bien, la piscina que está en el segundo piso es estupenda, tiene unas cuantas tumbonas y también sombras para ponerte donde quieras. Y la ubicación del apartamento es fantástica, está a 2 minutos de la playa y a 10 minutos del pueblo, pero se hace corto, ya que el camino se hace por el paseo marítimo y es muy bonito. Para repetir sin duda alguna.

modern und attraktiv im Centrum von Morro Jable

Die Angaben des Inserates zur Ausstattung der Wohnung waren eher untertrieben. Sämtliches technisches Gerät war neu und auf dem modernsten Stand der Technik (riesiger Kühl/Gefrierschrank no frost, Induktionskochfeld usw.) Auf den Betten richtige Matratzen, echte Bettwäsche usw., alles wie in Deutschland.

Die Wohnung würde kürzlich renoviert und hat einen sehr guten Zustand.

Bei der Übernahme war es sauber, für den Mietzeitraum stand alles erforderliche (Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen,Bügelbrett, Reinigungsgerät) zur Verfügung.

Für die Ankunft waren wir per Mail mit Jazmin verabredet, haben kurz vorher telefoniert, klappte alles wunderbar. Bei Abreise war das genauso.

Es gab ein kleines technisches Problem während des Aufenthaltes. Eine SMS an Jazmin und sie hat sich alles gekümmert. Auch mit Mietvertrag und Kaution war alles ok.

Durch zwei separate Schlafräume mit 4 richtigen Betten ist der Aufenthalt sogar für eine Familie echt problemlos und gesehen am Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr attraktiv und zu empfehlen.

Eine zentralere Lage ist nicht möglich, die Wohnung liegt einerseits mitten in der City und andererseits geht man nur über die Straße und ist innerhalb von 5 min am Strand, besser geht nicht. City bedeutet natürlich auch Menschen und Verkehr, das muss einem aber auch klar sein, für Strandurlauber dennoch ideal. Wer Restaurants besuchen möchte hat innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten soviel Auswahl, das eine Woche nicht reicht, um die alle kennen zu lernen, man ist mitten im Leben.

Unvergessliche 3 Wochen hier verbracht :-)

Wir haben in der Wohnung ganze drei Wochen verbracht. Wir besteht aus Meine Frau + Tochter 5 Jahre + Sohn 9 Monate und meine Wenigkeit. Das Appartement eignet sich also auch für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut. Die Lage für Familien ist besonders praktisch, da bis zum Strand nur einige Gehminuten zu absolvieren sind. Die Wohnung ist neu eingerichtet, war sehr sauber. Auch in den Ecken nichts zu beanstanden. Es gibt DE-Kabelfernseher, was morgens und abends für die Kinds besonders praktisch ist. Das Internet ist etwas beschränkt, da es nur ein 2 GB Stick gibt. Die hat zwar eine gute Geschwindigkeit, jedoch sind heutzutage die 2 GB ziemlich schnell verbraucht. Das Hotel hat auch ein WLAN gegen Gebühr, jedoch ist hier die Geschwindigkeit sehr schlecht. Wie damals in den Modem-Zeitalter ;-) Unsere Betreuerin Jazmin ist besonderes zuvorkommend und freundlich gewesen. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns in alle Fragen und Belangen kompetent unterstützt. Der Supermarkt befindet sich direkt unter dem Hotel, für Besorgungen muss man also nicht weit laufen. Die Küche ist modern und mit recht hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank ist rieseig, wir hatten mit 4 Personen während der drei Wochen den Kühlschrank kein einziges Mal vollgekriegt. Der Strand direkt gegenüber ist einmalig. Da wir die ganze 3 Wochen ein Fahrzeug hatten, haben wir die gesamte Insel erkundet. Es gibt noch sehr schöne Ecken auf Fuerteventura, ein vergleichbaren Strand haben wir aber nirgendwo entdecken können. Ausflugsziele in der Nähe wären La Pared (Westseite, große Wellen, Gutes Fischrestaurant mit Swimmingpool und Rutsche für die Kinder), Cofete, Tierpark. Alles in allem hatten wir unvergessliche drei Wochen auf Fuerteventura verbracht. Falls wir nochmal nach Fuerteventura reisen, dann sicherlich nur hierhin :-)

Top apartement, everything is new

This was the second time I stayed in this apartment. Remarkable charecteristics: very good Bed, air conditioner in living room, free WiFi and 200m to the best Beach of Fuerteventura. I will come back. And the manager is a very friendly person. Thank you for the nice apartement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gegenüber dem Strand!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung, liegt zentral und zum Strand sind es fünf Minuten. Es ist alles vorhanden wass man braucht um sich wohl und komfortabel zu fühlen. Jazmin und ihr Vater sind sehr sympatische Personen und tolle Gastgeber! Ich würde gerne wieder kommen und empfehle jedem dort Urlaub zu verbringen. Vielen Dank und muchas gracias!
