Very nice apartment. It has everything you need for comfortable rest.

Close to nice beach, bus stop to Palma, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The owner is very pleasant and responsive. We spent very nice vacations and will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful newly renovated apartment

We were very pleased with the apartment and the amenities-newly and renovated, really nice!! With the landlord Eduardo everything worked perfect. He ist very friendly and helpful. We will book again an apartment through Eduardo.

FABULOUS PLACE

We have come back from a fabulous & very happy week in this lovely, modern and clean apartment. The owner, Eduardo was very hospitable and helpful. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed to spend a comfortable time there: the views from the terrace are fabulous.. The location is ideal as you are only a few minutes’ walk to the stunning marina with its plush eateries & designer shops and the fabulous beach; a taxi rank & bus stops to Palma and Palma Nova are a stone’s throw away. There are a number of good quality cafes & restaurants down below & a small shop that sells milk & bread, etc. A walk to the village only takes 10 minutes and there is an excellent small supermarket there that sells everything you will need. There are also lots of reasonably priced & good quality restaurants there. We will definitely be back!

SUPERB APARTMENT

Having just returned from a week's stay in Portals Nous at this apartment we

have to say that the apartment was superb. Everything you could possibly

need was catered for, and Eduardo was a brilliant host. Eduardo took lots of

time to explain everything to us so that we could take full advantage of all

the facilities. The apartment is situated perfectly for access to the beach

(although the pool is very, very welcoming if you're not a beach person)....

The highlight for us was taking in the wonderful view from the balcony

whilst sipping on our gin and tonics! All in all, we couldn't have asked for

anything more. Highly recommended.

Enttäuscht vom Service

Lage und Ausstattung des Appartements war befriedigend- ausreichend , die Sauberkeit war okay.Auf den Bildern im Inserat wirkt die Wohnung schöner als sie ist. Der Vermieter hat einen Teil der Kaution einbehalten, nur weil wir eine alte, abgenutzte Liege vom Garten, wo noch andere Liegen standen, nicht wieder zurück ins Appartement getragen haben. Obwohl wir versucht haben, mit ihm zu reden und zu kooperieren, war er nicht bereit uns das Geld zu erstatten. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht vom Service und werden dieses Appartement auch nicht mehr buchen.

Owner's Response: Dear Andreas, 1. You rent the apartment for you and your wife. On arrival day you told me that your teenager daughter and her boyfriend would stay at the apartment instead of you. Although you did not tell me the truth, I let your daughter and her boyfriend stayed those days in the apartment. I explain everything with all detais to your daughter. I told her that they could use the sunbeds that were on the apartment terrace to use them for the pool, but they should bring them back to the apartment every day. They agreed and they promised they would do so. 2. On check-out day, when I reviewed the apartment, a sunbed had disappeared. I contacted Andreas to tell him what had happened and he told me that her daughter had left the chair on the beach or pool. I went to the pool area to look for the sundbed, but was not there. I looked for it around the building too, but it does not appear. I reported back to Andreas and he told me that I could retain the sunbed cost from the deposit that he paid through homeaway. I retained less money than the price of a new sunbed. I have another guests entering the apartment tis day and I had to go to a garden shop to buy a new one for them. 3. Moreover, the apartment was extremely dirty with some broken ítems, that I have not charged to you. During your stay, I was friendly and offered good service to you and your family. You have written a comment that is not fair to the I received service and does not correspond to reality. I had never had any problems with any guest, only congratulations for good service. Andreas, you and your family are welcome again if you fulfill the rules of the apartment. Thanks and kind regards Eduardo

The apartment is in a residential building so please do NOT make excessive noise talking loudly, loud music, television etc. Especially after midnight. The neighbours have our telephone number. In case they we will charge 300EUR penalty.
PLEASE NOTE that if you leave the keys in the lock inside the flat you cannot open it from the outside not even with another key. A locksmith must be called what costs 75EUR on you off course! In case of losing the keys an administration fee of 30EUR will be charged on top of the cost for their replacement.
THINK OF THE ENVIRONMENT, please use the air con sparingly and be sure all the windows and doors are closed before turning it on. Responsible usage of internet data is required being cause of litigation the fact of illegal downloads.
Only toilet paper can be thrown in the toilet. Do NOT throw any sanitary products, condoms, cigarette butts, etc.
Regarding the cleaning please be sure you are sand free when entering or an extra fee for cleaning may be charged.
Please do NOT take bath towels to the beach.
CHECK-IN:
Late check-in after 8PM is upon request. There's a late check-in fee of 40€.
Please note that if you arrive before 4pm the cleaner will be still cleaning but you can leave your bags, collect the keys and come back after 4pm. In this case nobody will check you in but we can talk through messages or phone call.
GARBAGE:
Please note that all garbage must be disposed of properly in the dumpsters located conveniently around the property.
PENALTIES:
- Loss of keys: 30€ per set of keys
- Excessive noise (neighbours complaints): 300€
