Pretty Winsham is just under a mile away and offers typical village amenities and just slightly further afield Chard Crewkerne and Axminster boast a wide variety of shops interesting buildings and places to eat and drink. You will also be well placed to explore the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and an array of seaside towns and villages including Lyme Regis West Bay Charmouth Seaton Beer and Branscombe. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Forde Abbey House and Gardens Montacute House the Seaton Tramway Axe Valley Wildlife Park Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary and Crealy Adventure Park.
