Trilocale bright, air-conditioned, with private garage, accommodates up to 4 people and also an unexpected guest who can take advantage of a comfortable sofa bed. Complete furnishing of quality, equipment for all guests and the season.

The house is on the top floor of a building with elevator, in a quiet area with shops and close proximity to shopping centers.

Ideal for reaching the San Raffaele hospital, 10 minutes by metro.

It is 20 minutes from the Duomo of Milan-Via Montenapoleone, 15 minutes from Porta Nuova-Brera-Central Station, 20 minutes from Linate airport, 35 minutes from Orio al Serio Airport, 30 minutes from the Navigli-Dock, 50 min from EXPO-exhibition.

The car is not necessary but, if you think it is useful, we can offer a source of private box at home.

Mary and Alberto, are always at your disposal for any need for information and improvement of their living providing additional services on request.

The house is 400 meters from the linear park along the Martesana canal, where you can run or walk safely and relaxation.

The house is in the center, near the Town Hall and the offices ASLMilano 2, the police station, just 300 meters from the metro line 2. Friday is the day dedicated to the flea market, located nearby. In 15 minutes you can reach the motorway (Milan-Venice-Ttorino-Bologna).

From the house you can reach, beyond the area of ​​Milan, Bergamo in 30 minutes, Como and its lake in 50 min, 90 min to Lake Garda, the Alps, the Monferrato, and endless and interesting places for the scenery and the history, wine and food and shopping.

Ruime, lichte woning met schitterend uitzicht

Schoon en comfortabel.Woning is gelegen in woonwijk, dus veel verschillende geluiden, maar niet storend. Metroverbinding met het centrum is goed. Airco deed het prima. Aardige huisbaas. Goed brood is te koop op de hoek en een hypermarche op 20 minuten lopen!
