This nice apartment is situated in the middle of a beautiful larch wood on the Gerlitzen, near Villach, at an altitude of 1650 metres. Come enjoy a unique nature experience here. Thanks to the wonderful location with a breathtaking panorama of Carinthia, Slovenia and Italy, this is the ultimate holiday destination. The beautiful surrounding area with its abundance of plants and trees offers some great hiking. In summer you can enjoy the peace and quiet and go hiking in the vast surroundings, or go swimming in the Ossiachersee. In winter you are in the middle of a beautiful ski area. The access road is a surfaced mountain road of about 14 km, the last 1200 metres of which is not paved but is easy to drive with a car. In winter the owner of the house will take you to your apartment on a snowmobile because you can't drive to the house during that time. The charmingly furnished holiday home is situated on the ground floor and has a garden with garden furniture. The house is reached via a toll road. You can take a toll ticket at the toll gate, which will be exchanged for a free ticket upon arrival; the ticket will be good for the duration of your stay.
