Nice VIlla with a wonderful view.

  • 5 of 5

We (4 adults + 5 children) stayed for a week and found everything perfect except the weather, could have been more sunny days but as it was end of summer when we went we sort of expected this. Thanks to both Daniela and Ms. Lia for the help during our stay. Note! rental car was very good to have at least for us. We can warmly recommend this Villa for other family's.

Amazing villa in breath-taking location

  • 5 of 5

This location was perfect for our week's break. The garden by the pool overlooking the sea was a tranquil, beautiful place to relax (and even enjoyable when a storm rolled in).

The owners were very helpful with our small queries and ensured the house was stocked with all the basics which saved a lot of trouble.

We highly recommend this place.

Amazing elegant villa!

  • 5 of 5

The place was amazing! We had such a lovely time in the villa. The beach was easy to reach and the villas own pool was gorgeous with nice view. The villa was easy accessible and the villa was clean and well maintained.

We didn't have the opportunity to meet the owner Daniela, but she was only a call away. I warmly recommend all to spend holiday in this beautiful villa!

Elegant, airy, bright villa, with spacious patio and garden open to a grand view of the sea.

  • 5 of 5

This is an elegant, airy, bright villa, with spacious patio and garden, cleverly sited to give a grand view of the sea. We were two couples and two children, and found there was adequate room for all of us. The vast open beach below is easy to reach, and the villa’s own swimming pool is generously sized and nicely designed with an “infinity” edge towards the horizon.

Lavinio isn’t much of a town, but nearby Anzio offers more sights and restaurants, including the excellent beach-side “St-Tropez”.

Our only gripes were that closet space is practically non-existent (clothes, shoes, books, etc. all had to remain in our luggage or piled on the floor), and that the showers were of the old-fashioned mediterranean kind i.e. without curtain or door so that the entire bathroom was liable to get wet from unavoidable spray.

The owner was helpful and attentive, and we were sad to leave this beautiful space, instead of staying another month (we wish!) with the daily sound of surf from the beach below and tons of books to read. We would love to go back there!

Beautiful Property

  • 4 of 5

We are a family of two adults and twin 3 and a half year old children. We have found this property an ideal family home for our one week stay. Very spacious and close to beach. Beautiful view through the day and on the evening. The photo's and description shown here are accurate. There are two local supermarkets, an INs shop (like an ALDI) and a small grocers with a VERY GOOD fruit shop attached. The INs has a great cafe with welcoming staff and smaller shops, selling meat and bread. Cafe LAVINIO was a lovely cafe in the square. We cannot recommend any restaurants as we ate and stayed in the VILLA throughout our stay and DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE! Overall lovely property with amazing views. Its no surprise that its fully booked for the next few months. Thank you Daniela and Julia
