A beautiful and distinguished farmhouse, located in natural surroundings, in which you can enjoy the peace and quiet provided by the environment. Within a serene, relaxed location, the Finca offers magnificent sunsets and dinners under the porch, accompanied by fine wine and shared with the family or a group of friends. From the house and swimming pool, there are wonderful views to the countryside.
Situated on the Alaior to Son Bou motorway, the Finca offers privacy for those who want to get away from everything, while at the same time remaining close. It is only 3 km from the beautiful Son Bou beach and 2 km from the characteristic town of Alaior which offers a lovely walk through the old town centre and holds a peculiar street market in the summer nights of August.
All the rooms at the Finca have heating and the bedrooms have air-conditioning , and are spread over three levels.
On the ground floor entering through the porch, there is an entrance hall with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the other with two single beds and a bathroom outside of the room. In the right-hand wing of the house, still on the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa, armchairs and typical Menorcann decor, with a flat-screen satellite TV and a DVD player. From this living room, we find an ample kitchen and dining room, fully-equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, etc... and t his connects to the porch which usually becomes an original and practical dining room in summer.
Climbing a few stairs, on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another double bedroom with two single beds. The two bedrooms share a bathroom complete with a shower.
On the second and highest floor is a small room designed for relaxation, which is also used room or playroom for the children, although we should mention that this last room is rather small and is located in an open space, it would not be suitable for young children without being accompanied by adults.
The outside is broad and invites the guests to enjoy of nice sunsets from a relaxing panorama of rustic colors, aside, Monte Toro and the other side, the Menorcan countryside.
There are also barbecue facilities and a beautiful porch located at the entrance of the House, even though we have to highlight the part of the pool and the extensive area of mulberry trees, which in summer becomes the ideal place to escape of the heat. With a good book or simply a hammock, both the environment and your privacy, stops the time for a moment and reveal privileged sensations.
Menorca Vacations S.L is a young company mostly dedicated to the rental of Villas and Apartments, which was founded in 2010 with the intention to find their space within the tourism sector on the island. Despite its youth, the company has a professional team with a wide experience in the market and are eager to move forward with new projects in the future.
The first steps in Menorca Vacations were practically making its first contact with the tourist sector; we were new and needed a gap in the industry. We started with about 40 properties and gradually with a lot of hard work and perseverance, we managed to get owners to trust in us and our management and profitable benefits of their homes, we started to become more well known and to have more clients delegate to us the task of dealing with their much desired holiday rentals.
Without losing the quality that a relatively small company like ours offer, at present we have more than 100 properties and we have accepted the challenge of providing new and complimentary services to our Villas and Apartments.

Son Bou is the longest beach in Menorca, with more than 3 km of white sand. It features the Blue Flag, which stands out for the quality of water and complementary services. Also has a ANEI (Natural Area of Special Interest), internationally known to those skilled in bird watching as it is stop for thousands of migratory birds. The area of Son Bou offers a wide variety of restaurants, most of which offer Mediterranean cuisine. It also has some bars, some like the Hawaiian theme, Buddha, etc. Other important services in the area include a pharmacy, medical care, supermarkets, ATMs, etc. In summary, Son Bou is an ideal family holiday destination.
