Breathtaking sea and beach views from this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment in Cabopino Port. You will enjoy waking up each morning to the sound of the waves washing up onto the sandy shore. You can enjoy your breakfast on the spacious balcony watching the yachts down below in the port.

This is a very spacious 3 bed - all with own bathrooms (2 have own balcony) - luxury penthouse apartment, presented over 2 levels. The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons. The lounge dining is very spacious and leads out to the excellent terrace area which is also partially covered - providing convenient shade over the dining area.

The apartment has panoramic sea views east to west of Cabopino Beach, and to Marbella, to the Rock of Gibralter and to Africa on a good day.

There is a lift to take you to the port area pool, beach numerous restaurants and small shop.

What makes this apartment unique

Great spacious property with superb views. Excellent outdoor space and covered dining area which makes for very comfortable outdoor dining in the sunshine. Excellent pool area with sun beds etc. Really good sandy beach which is an excellent choice for families given its shallow seas. Choice restaurants/beach bars within a few minutes walk from the apartment.

The lovely port of Cabopino is well located just 35 km from Malaga and a short drive from Marbella. It is very well suited for a family vacation given the proximity of the lovely safe sandy beach, the abundance of good restaurants and beach bars. There are a number of excellent supermarkets in nearby Calahonda. There is a waterpark and zoo in Fuengirola and alsoTivoli World in Benalmadena. There are a number of excellent golf courses in the vicinity as well as Cabapino itself just a short walk from the apartment.
