This charming home with its wooden beams will be ideal to enjoy the company of friends or family. You will be charmed by its authenticity together with its high standard of modern comfort.

The house of 250 m² built in 18 century Périgord style, very friendly, quality design and relaxing. Ideally located between Dodogne Vallée (Sarlat) and Lot Vallée (Rocamadour).

This house is in a quiet area, close to the Dordogne River.

The shops and the town center is at 10 km distance. Large windows allow you to discover the garden side of 9750 sqm with wonderfull view over the Dordogne Valey, the pool 4m x 9m secured by an alarm ( heated from April to October ) , terraces (sun or indoor) allow true relaxation for parents and good facilities for the whole family. Private and closed parking (for 2 cars) and outside parking.

One part of the park are completly secure for your dogs with 200 square meters close.

Beautiful decoration. Through lounge of 52 m², kitchen-dining room 31 m² (cuisinière large volume, fridge, freezer, washing machine),

3 Bedrooms ( into the main housse) with Air Conditionning from 20 / 18/ 15 m² (large bed 10/200or double beds 2x90x200), 2 bathrooms with , showery, 3 separate toilets. Mezzanine, laundry in the basement.

Also you have one apartment at 55 square meters from the house (on the same property) for 2/4 personnes with one bedroom, one bathroom, one kitchen and one dining room. This apartment are always rented with the house ( same guest !!!) .That mean you can be 8/10 personnes at the property (6+2 and 2 children) . The price of this apartment are includ in the house price .Perfect if you want some of your guest a little separate and also for disable Personnes.

We can do also some special prices for 2 personnes on the low and medium season only. Please ask us .

The place are perfect in this Dordogne valey for holiday. You are close to all the best to see ( 30 to 45 minutes. Sarlat 30mn, Rocamadour 30mn, Les Eyzies cave 45mn, Dordogne Valey 40mn, the best castels to see 25 to 45 mn, ect... ). The house are so charming and the view are amazing over looking the valey. The house has been full restore. The house has not overlooked and you are not to separate . We are only 5 houses in this village.

Spacious family orientated accommodation

We really liked the house and gite, enough room for 4 couples and two tinies. The garden was a great size though perhaps would benefit from some toys for little ones but that said we spent most evenings out on the terrace using the bbq and enjoying several bottles of wine! Philippe was very pleasant and helpful. He was easily contactable and visited once or twice to check we were ok. It is fairly remote so a car is needed but the countryside around is lovely and needs to be explored. We enjoyed ourselves despite a mixed bag of weather and would recommend the house.

Wonderful family holiday at this perfect villa

Our family stayed here in July/August 2018 with 5 adults and 3 children. We hired the separate gite as well and there was plenty of room for all of us. The interior of the house is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The garden is huge and absolutely beautiful. We also had lots of fun using the pool and table tennis table. The river is only about 10 mins away and due to the hot weather there were lots of beaches to choose from and it was safe for swimming/kayaking. We also explored all the nearby attractions: Rocamadour, Sarlat, Castelnaud, Marqueyssac, La Roque Gageac, Haut Quercy etc etc....Les Jardins d'eau de Carsac is an absolute must for children. It is a bit of a drive for any day trips as the location is quite secluded but the villa is so wonderful that it is most definitely worth it. Thank you Philippe!

Fabulous holiday in a fabulous house!

We stayed at Andreuilles for the month of June 2018 and it was a real home from home. The house was just as lovely as we expected it to be, is in a fabulous location and suited our needs perfectly. The gardens are huge and were perfect for us - our dog loved having so much space and for four weeks he didn't need to be walked as he got all the exercise he needed running around the garden. The pool was well used and despite other reviewers feeling it is too small we found it to be perfect for us. There is no shade at the pool, nor are there any umbrellas, but this is not a problem as there is plenty of shade available under the numerous trees in the garden. Many of the trees in the garden are walnut trees, but there is also a cherry tree which provided us with an abundance of lovely cherries and also a fig tree which I'm sure will provide lots of figs come August/September. We found the house itself to be well equipped with enough space for everyone to come together, but also to have privacy. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. One bedroom is ensuite whilst the other two share a shower room and separate loo.The terrace at the back of the house was well used for all meals as was the BBQ. The house is located in a very quiet area with Nadaillac de Rouge about 1km away - there is a chambre d'hotes in the village where we enjoyed an excellent evening meal and which can also supply bread and croissants as there are no shops in the village. Souillac is a 15 minute drive away and has a large Le Clerc supermarket which met all our needs and has excellent fresh produce. Souillac itself is a nice town and worth exploring for a morning. We did not eat out much, but would highly recommend Le Roi Carotte in St Julien de Lampon where we enjoyed a superb lunch. There is lots to do in this area and we barely scratched the surface, but highlights for us included the villages of Rocamadour, Sarlat, Martel and Domme and also the gardens at Manor d'Eyrignac. Our stay at Andreuilles was made even better by the owner Philippe who was so attentive and friendly from the moment we arrived and was always keen to receive feedback and ideas. Philippe was easy to contact if there were any issues (of which there were very few) and we enjoyed our many chats together!! All in all we had just the most wonderful time so thank you Philippe for the use of your beautiful home and we very much hope to visit again in the future.

Beautiful, well equipped house with stunning views

All communication had been exceptional prior to our visit and finding the property proved very easy, sat nav taking us straight to the door. We were absolutely delighted with the property which was well laid out, beautifully equipped and had really good outside space. I had been a bit worried about the garden not being enclosed as we took three dogs, one of which is old and deaf and the other only 9 months old! However, the roads were super quiet and the property large enough the dogs seemed happy to stay around the house. The open fire was an absolute god send, as the weather was pretty disappointing with our first week being unseasonably cold and wet...the fire was well used and made for some cosy evenings. The beds are probably the most comfy beds we have ever slept in, and all of them were of the same quality with great sheets and plenty of pillows (and duvets!!) The kitchen had everything you could wish for and there was a well located bbq outside too.

In the second week we were joined by my elderly parents and the smaller gite proved perfect for them , although be aware that there are two fairly large steps down into the bathroom which luckily they both managed well but could be a potential cause for concern. This small one bed gite is also really well equipped with its own kitchen and even its own small patio.

The pool was fairly small but heated, although we didnt really utilise it much because of the weather. Luckily, there were plenty of games including table tennis, badminton and darts to keep us entertained.

The property is set in a small village but there are no shops or boulangerie, so the closest supermarkets are Soulliac although you can order your bread and croissants from the local restaurant which is walking distance ( just make sure you ring the day before)

The local restaurants were excellent and offered really good value for money . We can definitely recommend both the Hotel Chastrusse, Roi Carotte and if you fancy a drive try Diablo Fraise!

Phillipe was lovely! Always on hand to sort out any small issues and give his recommendations. We would all heartily recommend this charming, substantial house!

Tranquility at its Best!

A lovely house in the quietest of locations. Probably saw three cars in the week that we stayed. Beautiful surrounding villages. Lots to see and do.

Nothing was too much trouble for Philippe who was very keen to make sure we were happy with the house and facilities.

A whole list of games/sports equipment is itemised on HomeAway website but be sure to request them before you arrive if you wish them to be at the house. We were expecting a table tennis table which was absent on our arrival. However, we spoke to Philippe and he had it delivered the next day.

Car is essential as well as a Sat Nav.

Be sure to check out the Hotel Restaurant Chastrusse in Nadaillac de Rouge, the nearest village. Lovely courtyard area for eating fabulous food. I would also recommend Le Roi Carotte in Saint Julien de Lampon. A small traditional restaurant offering 4 courses for €20. Again, great food, good sized portions.

Peace and tranquility !

Andreuilles

Last September we were scheduled to spend a couple of weeks in the Tarn and decided to try a week in the Dordogne for the last week in August.

As keen cyclists we wanted an area which had good VTT (MTB) and Road routes.

Andreuilles came up on AirBNB during our research and we duly booked it as it 'ticked most of our boxes'

It is in a super location amongst a few houses in Nadaillac and actually signposted as well as being marked on the map! It is very quiet with virtually no passing traffic.

There is also a self-contained Gite in the grounds which you can use if you wish. Because there was only the two of us, we didn't take the opportunity.

The pool is in a great spot in the garden a short walk from the house and is very private. It is heated and well designed.

As for the house, it is well equipped and offers a high level of comfort and convenience.

Although the owner Phillipe Bappel wasn't around during our stay, we were able to speak with him on the phone. When there was a problem, it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the maintenance team.

There is a large terrace at the back of the house which overlooks the garden which we used daily.

The local restaurant in Nadaillac de Rouge is too far to walk, so a short drive is necessary. Le Chastrusse restaurant is perfect with good food at sensible prices and also provides your daily 'pain' should you request it. Saturday nights are fun as the owner gets the accordion out!!

In summary Andreuilles has everything you need for a peaceful and tranquil holiday in a great location
