A beautiful decorated, fully furnished and in a quiet newly built gated development with own private park. The flat has also its own two parking spaces and it is 10 minutes walk from Bromley shopping centre and 10 minutes away from train stations taking you directly to the touristic and business centre of London.

The flat is delightfully furnished and boasts oak flooring to all rooms, skirting boards, and complete kitchen.

Accommodation includes an open plan reception with dining table and kitchen. Two large bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom to the main and a spacious walking wardrobe.

Marian Gardens is on Plaistow Lane, which is conveniently located for access to Bromley Town Centre and Bromley North Station serving Lewisham for the DLR, London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. The location offers quick access to the A20 and M25 making it quicker to get to City Airport (35 min.) , Gatwick Airport (50 min. ) and Heathrow Airport (65 min.).

For the Olympic village, change at Lewisham for DLR or at London Bridge for Jubilee Line.

Bromley offers a variety of restaurants, bars and leisure centres. Chruchill library and park on the high street. For shopping the high street and the Glades Centre offer all the major shops and department stores.

We chose this accommodation for two separate stays of 14 days then 12 after a two week visit to Europe in between.We found everything very satisfactory in all aspects of the apartment:kitchen well equipped with good appliances;bathrooms with good showers and the living /dining open plan with balcony all making our stay extremely comfortable.

So much so that we hope to return in Spring 2018.

This apartment lives unto expectations Another plus was the undercover parking with lift when bringing in shopping.

Perfect respite, great owner, superb accommodation.

We needed somewhere to stay that would give respite from difficult hospital 'stuff' in London.

Ariane was wonderful. She was flexible, very warm and welcoming, and had a really fantastic welcome gift basket full of treats waiting for our arrival after a long journey.

The flat is exceedingly well equipped, no matter what sort of party you are. For families, the rooms are spacious, with nice hard floors for crawling or rolling balls or cars. There is a private, secure park attached to the property - great for giving kids their outdoor time.

For adult groups the balcony is perfect for sundowners, there's loads of crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, a dishwasher, washing machine, wine glasses, full cooker and microwave.

There are two bathrooms, both with showers, one with a tub.

There are two TVs, fast free wifi, mini M&S and mini Tesco are very close.

The photos do not do the flat justice, it is very nicely decorated, has sleep space for up to 8 (king, twin, 2 sofa beds. Bed rails for a single are included). The mattresses and bedding are clean and quality. The rooms aren't very dark, but aren't bright either - there are blinds, with curtains over the top. The accommodation is very quiet, but not oppressively so.

There are two allocated (numbered) car parking spaces for the flat - very useful indeed.

The highlights for us: the bathrooms, the decor, the cleanliness, the park, the car park. It was the perfect flat to have some much needed respite. It is luxurious, but comfortable.

It really is lovely, with a lovely owner. We would recommend it to anyone and would happily choose to stay here over anywhere else should we need to return to the region.

Exceptional Accommodation in central location - highly recommended.

This bright two bedroom flat was immaculately presented - fully furnished and very comfortable. Situated in a quiet, peaceful location but having a bus route directly outside and the train station just down the road. The flat consisted of all the mod cons including separate internal laundry facilities and double car parking spaces.

Our hostess Ariane, was excellent, ensuring that our three week stay was trouble free and very comfortable - nothing was any trouble to her. The whole experience was very professionally handled.

Can highly recommend this property and would stay there again when we visit the UK next.

Perfectly Sublime

Our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 3 and 1) stayed in this incredible apartment for 5 weeks. We had the privilege of dealing directly with the owners, who were extremely accommodating and thoughtful. The check-in process was seamless with the owner personally taking us through the apartment to explain how everything works. On arrival, there was also a lovely basket of goodies that made our settling-in much more pleasant.

The apartment is located in a beautiful gated estate with secure parking and an expansive garden area where the kids can play and adults can unwind. For those with a pram or reduced mobility, you have easy access to the apartment via a lift (this also helps when you need to carry up your groceries). The layout of the apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is perfectly suited to a family of four (even with older kids), two couples or could also comfortably accommodate business travellers (there are also two additional couch-beds / futons in the apartment if required for larger groups).

The kitchen contains everything you could possibly require to cook a wide variety of feasts and includes additional crockery and cutlery should you need to entertain visitors. All of the appliances, crockery, cutlery and cookware are of a very decent standard. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, which made us feel at home right away.

The location of the apartment is perfect for those wanting to be able to access central London easily, but who prefer the peace and quiet of a more suburban area. Travel without a car is convenient with bus stops in both directions on your doorstep; taking you to either Sundridge Park Station (3 minutes), Bromley North Station (15 minutes) or Bromley South Station (20 minutes). Depending on which busses / trains you use, you can be in central London within 45 minutes of leaving your front door. Once in central London, the various transport options available will take you to most major tourist sites or business centres with ease.

The area is also incredibly scenic, and there are some great golf courses around. You also benefit from a large shopping centre (The Glades) and the adjacent High Street, which has every shop you might be looking for during your stay. The Glades and High Street are 20 minutes by bus.

The apartment is modern, the furniture and fittings are of a very high standard and the attention to detail by the owners makes this a perfect place for short or longer stays.
