We are pleased to introduce our contemporary holiday accommodation situated on the ground floor within the prestigious Studland Dene Complex, a stones throw away from Alum Chine Beach. Our two modern, apartments, are well equipped providing you with everything you need for your Bournemouth holiday.
A stones throw from Alum Chine beach and a short walk into Bournemouth town center, these apartments are the perfect base for your Bournemouth holiday. The complex boasts a seafront position and is a short walk to the beach.
We have two beautifully appointed self-catering apartments, both of which are self contained and accessed via a secure hallway.
The double studio apartment comfortably sleeps 2 and is open plan with patio doors leading off from the bedroom to the terrace. privacy doors can be closed to afford privacy in the bedroom. The shower (wet room) has doors leading off from the bedroom and lounge area. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catered holiday, the breakfast bar seats two on high stools.
The family apartment sleeps 6. This open plan apartment has a spacious lounge and kitchen area leading to the open plan master bedroom area with patio doors leading onto the spacious terrace, privacy doors can be close to afford privacy in the bedroom. Off the lounge a further two bedrooms (one double and one twin can be found in addition to the shower (wet) room. The second double room also leads onto the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for a self-catered holiday. The breakfast area has two high stools and a small folding dining table and four chairs provides additional dining space.
Both apartments have their own well equipped kitchens with integrated appliances and each has one shower (wet) room as well as comfortable lounge areas where guests benefit from flat screen TV with sky TV, DVD player, i-pod dock, chromecast streaming device and free wifi. The apartments are fully accessible, situated on the ground floor and boast a spacious, furnished sun terrace, with partial sea views- the perfect location for alfresco dining by the sea.
Both apartments share a large terrace. Each apartment has its own patio furniture and sun parasol.
Our Family Apartment has allocated parking (one space) in the onsite secure parking garage. The studio does not have allocated parking.
Other parking is available either on the street or in the large Alum Chine car park situated by the beach (a short walk away).

Alum Chine is our favourite of all the beautiful Bournemouth Beaches, we love the area which is easily accessible for all Bournemouth has to offer, also providing easy access to Westbourne, another favourite for restaurants and it's individual shops. We fell in love with the apartments which were built on the site of the original Studland Dene Hotel. We have a large family and the apartments provide the perfect place to get together and enjoy the beautiful Dorset coastline for holidays and short breaks.

Studland Dene is close to Alum Chine Beach which has a large childrens play area where you can catch a land train to take you along the seafront to Bournemouth. The building has an onsite Concierge who will ensure you are checked in and be on hand should you need any information about the area or the apartment.

Really pleased with the position of the apartment, walked to Bournemouth along the promenade. A selection of cafes and restaurants on the way. Great apartment, plenty of room, top quality fixtures. Concierge very helpful and accommodating when we arrived. Would certainly recommend this apartment, we will stay again.
