Stunning holiday apartments situated within the exclusive Studland Dene complex

***Please note that building works will be taking place on the top floor of Studland Dene until end of January 2017. The hours of the work will be 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday. Some noise will be heard.***

We are pleased to introduce our stunning luxury holiday accommodation situated on the ground floor within the prestigious Studland Dene Complex, a stones throw away from Alum Chine Beach. Our modern, luxurious apartments, (The Knoll Suite) are well equipped providing you with everything you need for your Bournemouth holiday.

A stones throw from Alum Chine beach and a short walk into Bournemouth town center, these apartments are the perfect base for your Bournemouth holiday. The complex boasts a seafront position and is a short walk to the beach.

The suite comprises of two beautifully appointed luxury self-catering apartments, both of which are self contained and are connected by a secure hallway allowing the apartments to be booked individually or as whole suite to accommodate larger families (4 bedrooms).

The deluxe double apartment comfortably sleeps 2 (recommended) with the option to sleep 4* (double sofa bed) situated in the lounge. The deluxe double is open plan with patio doors leading off from the bedroom to the terrace. Should the sofa bed be required, privacy doors can be closed to afford privacy in the bedroom. The shower room has doors leading off from the bedroom and lounge area. The kitchen area is well equipped with everything you need for a self-catered holiday, the breakfast bar seats two on high stools.

The deluxe family apartment sleeps 6 (recommended) with the option to sleep 8* (double sofa bed) in the lounge area. This open plan apartment has a spacious lounge and kitchen area leading to the master bedroom area with patio doors leading onto the spacious terrace, privacy doors can be close to afford privacy in the bedroom. Off the lounge a further two bedrooms (one double and one twin can be found in addition to the shower (wet) room. The second double room also leads onto the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped with everything required for a self-catered holiday. The breakfast area has two high stools and a small folding dining table and four chairs provides additional dining space.

Both apartments have their own well equipped kitchens with integrated appliances and shower (wet) rooms as well as comfortable lounge areas where guests benefit from flat screen TV with sky TV, DVD player, i-pod dock, chromecast streaming device and free wifi. The apartments are fully accessible, situated on the ground floor and boast a spacious, furnished sun terrace, with partial sea views- the perfect location for alfresco dining by the sea.

Parking

Apartment 18 B (Deluxe Family Apartment) has allocated parking (one space) in the onsite secure parking garage.

Other parking is available either on the street or in the large Alum Chine car park situated by the beach (a short walk away).

* If utilising the sofa bed for an additional two people, please bear in mind the accommodation has only one bathroom.

Alum Chine is our favourite of all the beautiful Bournemouth Beaches, we love the area which is easily accessible for all Bournemouth has to offer, also providing easy access to Westbourne, another favourite for restaurants and it's individual shops.. We fell in love with the apartments which were built on the site of the original Studland Dene Hotel. We have a large family and the apartments provide the perfect place to get together and enjoy the beautiful Dorset coastline for holidays and short breaks.

What makes this apartment unique

We can cater for larger families by booking apartments 18 A & B together (The Knoll Suite).

Perfect beach location for early risers

The studio we rented mid September needed a bit of TLC after what must have been a busy summer but the concierge and the owner were extremely proactive and helpful in making sure our stay went smoothly. It was very nice to be a stone's throw away from the beach even if the streets get busy early morning with restaurant deliveries and refuse collection. A perfect incentive to enjoy that sunrise swim !

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment very modern and very close to the beach. We stayed for 6 days and had beautiful weather for 4 of the day's meaning we could use the very large patio. The patio is shared with the studio next door but it did not bother us as it was so large. Very well equipped and have to say John the concierge was lovely and very helpful gold star for him. Lovely restaurant on the top floor excellent food, but is rather expensive but there are a number of places to eat within walking distance and the bus to the town does stop right outside the door.

Small but very well equipped. Great alternative to a hotel room.

Enjoyed the terrace outside. The apartment is small but has everything you need to be comfortable and is well furnished. Walking distance to Alum Chine beach and terrace has glimpses of the sea towards Bournemouth Pier.

Smell from rubbish area was unpleasant at times and should be addressed. It will only get worse with the councils crazy decision to move to 3 weekly collections. I spoke to concierge about this. He was glad of the feedback, but is aware of the problem. Felt the damage deposit which had to be paid with final payment was a bit high. It could have been left and refunded by concierge I felt. It has incurred us quite a lot of bank charges as we are not from UK. I have yet to be informed that this has been refunded. Hopefully it will be within the promised 2 weeks.

Overall I would recommend for a couple who are planning to be out and about most of the time as we were.

Superb apartment in a superb location!

Stunning apartment in a great location. Spotlessly clean and all mod cons. We had great weather so were able to make full use of the fantastic terrace. The beach is a matter of minutes away and is beautiful and makes it a really pleasant walk when walking into Bournemouth. Would definitely stay again!
